The Administrative Technology Specialist provides comprehensive technology and operational support to the Technology and Data & Accountability departments across various technology systems to maximize overall effectiveness and efficiency. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple priorities and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide technology support, guidance and troubleshooting assistance to district staff including, but not limited to, district accounts, password resets, helpdesk telephone calls and emails, and assessments. Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution.
Process and manage the setup of new hire onboarding accounts in all technology department systems.
Process and manage account and email modifications requests throughout the district.
Serve as Technology's point of contact for new hire onboarding, including account creation and troubleshooting. Notify appropriate IT personnel to begin setting up classroom/workspace technology for new hires, staff transfers and employment modifications.
Responsible for suspending existing technology accounts as employee separations are received and processed.
Serve as a liaison between the Technology department and third-party virtual education providers, including enrollment, billing, and communication.
Compile monthly reporting including, but not limited to, printer meters, copier issues, and printer logs.
Assist with creating and managing various digital forms using Qualtrics.
Assist with Student Information Systems (SIS) data entry as required.
Create and manage purchase orders for assessments, PLTW, Career/Technical Education programs, ePEGS, and Carl Perkins Grants. Assist with creating other Technology purchase orders as needed.
Manage check requests and stipends for PLTW accounts.
Assist with inventory management for all supplies ordered for assessments or through ePEGS/Carl Perkins grants.
Facilitate the transcription of meetings to ensure the accurate disseminate of information.
Support data entry and verification processes as required to maintain data integrity.
Coordinate communication with vendors as needed to support operational requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Compensation & Work Environment
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience, anticipated range begins at approximately $80,000. Competitive within the regional nonprofit sector.
