Dr. Kjar joined FOX Rehabilitation in 2002 as a full-time clinician, followed by becoming the Regional and Senior Regional Director of Southern New Jersey, Director of Facility Operations, and ultimately the Chief Operating Officer, a position she embraces today. Due to the close relationship Dr. Kjar had with her grandmother, she has always had a passion for Geriatric Health Therapy. She is a vital team member and highly involved in the growth of FOX across the east coast and beyond. Her energy is infectious, and her belief in the vision of the company is paramount. Dr. Kjar received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University

Keith has worked extensively with the Peloton team in operating, investing, and advisory roles for over 20 years, including as a board member at ClearSky Health and as the former executive vice president and CFO of Ernest Health, a former FFC portfolio company and leading operator of inpatient rehabilitation facilities and long-term acute care hospitals in tertiary markets of the U.S. In his role at Ernest, Keith was instrumental in the company's financial and operating strategy, and he managed Ernest’s sales to Medical Properties Trust for $400 million in 2012 and to Vibra Healthcare in 2018.

Prior to joining Ernest, Keith was a partner at FFC.

Shasta Steele is an Administrative Assistant to CEO & Founder and Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Fox Rehabilitation and is based in Westville, New Jersey. She has worked as Mortgage Processor at Cendant Preferred Mortgage, Supervisor at Navy Federal Credit Union, and Supervisor at NAVY FEDERAL SETTLEMENT SERVICES. Shasta studied at Stratford University between 2006 and 2007.

Anthony Buccafurni PT DPT is a Chief Operating Officer at Fox Rehabilitation and is based in Northfield, New Jersey. He has worked as Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations at Fox Rehabilitation and Chief Clinical Operations Officer at Fox Rehabilitation.
