Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Prepare, season, and cook menu items on the sauté line according to recipes and standards. Operate sauté pans and related equipment with efficiency and safety. Monitor cooking times and adjust for accuracy and consistency during high-volume service. Collaborate with other line cooks to coordinate timing and plating. Assist with daily prep, stocking, and station setup/cleanup. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sauté station and surrounding work areas.
