Pros of working at FPL Food

FPL has provided a challenging yet rewarding career for me. I have been able to grow professionally and help others grow in their perspective fields.

What I like best about the CEO and leadership team is being able to have healthy debates without personal feelings being involved.

How would you improve FPL Food's culture?

I would improve the company culture by challenging the misconceptions of the industry. This includes sharing our processes with the community and continuously adapting to the ever-changing workforce personalities.

How did you prepare for the FPL Food interview?

I prepared by keeping an open and mind and spoke with people familiar with the company. I was able to practice answering questions regarding my desire to work in this industry and company as well as ask historical questions for candid responses.
