FPL has provided a challenging yet rewarding career for me. I have been able to grow professionally and help others grow in their perspective fields.

The work schedule can be hectic, but necessary to meet company goals and objectives.

My favorite benefit is being able to purchase high quality products at a discount.

What I like best about the CEO and leadership team is being able to have healthy debates without personal feelings being involved.

I would improve the company culture by challenging the misconceptions of the industry. This includes sharing our processes with the community and continuously adapting to the ever-changing workforce personalities.

I prepared by keeping an open and mind and spoke with people familiar with the company. I was able to practice answering questions regarding my desire to work in this industry and company as well as ask historical questions for candid responses.

My compensation is where it needs to be when compared to the industry average.

I enjoy working in a diverse environment. This is allows for true best practices to be shared and opinions to be considered.
