Responsibilities Noblis is seeking an experienced Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) specialist to work in dynamic mission-oriented environment within **Bethesda, Maryland.** A successful candidate will be responsible for conducting technical sweeps and inspections to detect, identify, and neutralize unauthorized surveillance devices or vulnerabilities within secure facilities.
