**How you will contribute:**
+ Execute against the US commercialization plan to meet the broader Takeda OBU corporate objectives
+ Develop patient strategy, campaigns, message architecture, materials and support programs for the US Myeloma Franchise. Ensure alignment with brand strategy and patient initiatives across both Myeloma assets
+ Partner with Insights & Analytics, Patient Advocacy & Engagement and Communications to distill insights, develop patient journeys, and design programs to ensure best patient experience
+ Validate business opportunities, optimize marketing mix for patient and monitor ROI of individual tactics
+ Creatively think about how we evolve our marketing mix in light of current environment to leverage digital channels to reach patients.
+ Develop creative briefs/brand book; design core consumer brand promotional assets (e.g., websites, brochures, banners, education) and assure brand execution of messaging & strategy
+ Identify critical design elements for initiatives/promotions designed to drive desired patient behavior change
+ Drive patient agency management and develop creative briefs for focused initiatives
+ Partner with multiple myeloma digital lead to develop and execute digital content for omnichannel platform and ensure execution of messaging and brand strategy

**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 8 years or more previous experience in a combination of product marketing, digital marketing, field sales, marketing planning management in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, or in agency supporting pharma brand strategy.
+ Expertise with omnichannel, integrated promotion with an emphasis on digital and social media strategy
+ Expertise in media planning, measurement and analytics for patient reaching channels
+ Customer orientation/focus including a willingness to work with our teams to exceed customer expectations
+ Ability to create presentations and distill team thinking into clear and actionable recommendations
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking, initiative, creativity and proven track-record for innovation
+ Organizational and project management skills, ability to work on multiple and often diverse areas and to prioritize effectively
