The Food & Beverage Manager plays a vital role in maintaining our reputation and ensuring every guest experience aligns with our standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily food & beverage operations across the dining room, lounge, bar, and event spaces. Lead, train, mentor, and schedule front-of-house staff to provide polished, welcoming, and efficient service. Work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service staff. Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance throughout all dining areas in accordance with The Wentworth standards. Manage beverage ordering, inventory control, and cost efficiencies. Contribute to the development and refinement of menus, wine selections, craft cocktails, and seasonal offerings. Foster a positive work environment built on professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Handle guest concerns promptly and graciously to maintain satisfaction and loyalty. Support weddings, special events, and private functions to ensure smooth, high-quality execution. Qualifications Prior supervisory or management experience in food & beverage or upscale hospitality. Strong leadership and communication skills with an ability to inspire and guide staff. A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with attention to detail. Solid understanding of wines, cocktails, and elevated dining standards. Ability to multitask in a busy, dynamic environment while maintaining composure and professionalism. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. ServSafe and/or alcohol service certification preferred.
