Frandsen CEO and leadership

As COO of Frandsen Corporation, Dan oversees all aspects of the Frandsen manufacturing companies: CEO of Miller Manufacturing Company (Eagan, MN) and President of Plastech Corporation (Rush City, MN).

Dan joined Frandsen Corporation in 2005, and in his role as CEO of Miller Manufacturing Company, he was able to increase revenue 200%, both through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Dan finds great satisfaction in driving the strategic planning and execution process to achieve outstanding results, and as the leader of all of Frandsen Corporation manufacturing, is working to implement those best practices throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Frandsen Corporation, Dan served for six years as CEO of MINNCOR Industries, the manufacturing arm of the Minnesota Department of Corrections. With over twenty years of manufacturing and service industry experience, he led the successful conversion of the corrections work program into a profitable service and product manufacturing firm, incorporating contemporary business solutions into the organization and building annual sales to nearly $40 million. He also served as warden at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Stillwater, working in the Department of Corrections for a total of 17 years. Prior to his career in Corrections Dan was a journeyman cabinet maker and still enjoys woodworking as a lifelong hobby today.
