Verify and ensure team members manage all assigned tasks within schedule. Work in conjunction of Team leaders and managers in Manufacturing teams to ensure all projects are moving as planed and scheduled. Ensure the quality and accuracy of projects within CNC & EDM jobs. Coordinate with other departments regarding project schedules and progress. Leadership & Team Management Schedule and prioritize workloads for the Manufacturing team based on project timelines. Lead bi-weekly department meetings to communicate expectations, progress, and goals. Conduct employee evaluations, support performance development, and manage disciplinary actions when required. Promote a team-oriented, accountable culture focused on collaboration and shared results. Administrative & Communication Assist in verifying accurate weekly hour reports to Payroll. Participate in Job Review and Leadership meetings. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, crane operation, and forklift safety standards. Represent the company with a positive, professional attitude and foster mutual respect across departments. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in manufacturing and team leadership, preferably in plastic mold manufacturing. Proficiency in ERP based scheduling software or similar production scheduling tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. OSHA, crane, and forklift certifications (or willingness to complete upon hire). Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
