RESPONSIBILITIES
Production & Scheduling
Ensure to Production schedule is maintained (scheduled tasks within system)
Ensure scheduled production tasks in CNC & EDM departments are maintained when updates are required.
Review incoming jobs (New Builds, Engineering Changes, Repairs) with management team and ensure required tasks are input into schedule for appropriate team members and departments.
Verify and ensure team members manage all assigned tasks within schedule.
Work in conjunction of Team leaders and managers in Manufacturing teams to ensure all projects are moving as planed and scheduled.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of projects within CNC & EDM jobs.
Coordinate with other departments regarding project schedules and progress.
Leadership & Team Management
Schedule and prioritize workloads for the Manufacturing team based on project timelines.
Lead bi-weekly department meetings to communicate expectations, progress, and goals.
Conduct employee evaluations, support performance development, and manage disciplinary actions when required.

Assist in verifying accurate weekly hour reports to Payroll.

What you'll do
Support revenue management services to airports across the US helping to design plans for new business opportunities
Manage and maintain the AeroParker online reservation system

Assist with maximizing revenues with yield strategies based on quantitative analysis for trends and consumer behavior
Monitor competitor and market activity, including off-airport parking operators, third-party aggregators, and other modes of transportation
