I had a great time working for Franklin, but I was very disrespected by the staff from day 1.
The cons are from the local community treating like an alien from a different world.
My favorite perk was from Ricky and I being able to talke about common interest and hobbies
The CEO died during my employment at Franklin, he was a great man and a great leader that cannot be replaced.
If you have a tool and die department, hire an actual tool and die maker to run the operation instead of someone who doesn't understand any of the language of tool and die
I prepare for an interview knowing I have the skill to do the job
I like working at Franklin bc of the people I work with.
The cons is you only get one paid vacation day every 5 years. Then you get 5 paid vacation days after 10 years then you never get anymore. You do get Christmas and summer paid but it sucks not being able to pick your own days. Also the pay doesn’t increase when you top out that’s it unless the company does a rate increase which is rarely ever. Economy is horrible but no pay increase.
