Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Club Director, the Program Lead is responsible for programming that contributes to the growth and development of our members. This position looks to other clubs and BGCA.net for best programs to implement at our club. This position also helps supervise and motivate part-time staff. Must be cooperative, friendly and create a safe and harmonious environment, and abide by and support the Club mission.
QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge:
Demonstrated knowledge of customer service, working with children, and program development and management
Ability to create and manage programs that contribute to the advancement of youth development.
Ability to supervise part-time staff and volunteers during club programs
Education and Age Requirements:
High school diploma or higher
Must be 18 or older
Experience:
Experience in a youth serving organization preferred.
Demonstrated ability to create a positive environment for all youth is required
Experience with creating/managing programs preferred.

About this Role
R. R. Cassidy is a local heavy construction company that specializes in deep foundation drilling, driven pipe pile, and caisson work in the electric power industry, and is looking for a full-time Heavy Equipment Operator.
The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic and is knowledgeable in troubleshooting various heavy equipment product lines.
Candidates will be required to do groundwork to help crews out as needed.
Candidates must be willing to travel throughout the Southeast United States 80%-100% of the time.
Applicants must also be willing to drive to our Prairieville location for 1 week of training and before the start of each hitch.
Hotels and travel expenses are paid for by the Company while on a job. Meals are covered by $50/day per diem. Transportation methods are provided by the company leaving from the Prairieville, LA location.
What You'll Do
Operates and monitors performance of heavy construction type equipment, such as bulldozers, loaders, skid steers, excavators, marsh buggies, forklifts, shovels, etc.
Learn and follow safety regulations.
Take actions to avoid potential hazards or obstructions, such as utility lines, other equipment, other workers, or falling objects.
Coordinate machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
Align machines, cutter heads, or depth gauge makers with reference stakes and guidelines or ground or position equipment, following hand signals of other workers.
Load and move dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials, using loaders, excavator, skid steers, shovels, and/or other types of equipment
Perform specialized work, using equipment, such as pile drivers, dredging rigs, drillers, or concrete pumpers.
Load/unload trucks that require lifting 50 to 75 pounds
Responsible for housekeeping in the equipment, facility, and job site
Help the field labor team as needed
What You'll Bring
Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
Previous experience in construction, civil, or foundation work preferred
Ability to safely operate a variety of heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, skid steers, and forklifts.
Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting for multiple heavy equipment types.
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Willingness and ability to travel for extended periods
Strong understanding of and adherence to safety regulations and procedures.
Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
It is the duty and responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant to:
· assist with all kitchen related activities;
· assist in preparation and cooking of food;
· assist in the delivery of all food and kitchen supplies;
· assist and oversee clients assigned to work in the kitchen;
· direct cleaning of kitchen and food storage area;
· facilitate all client education sessions to ensure weekly training and skill development;

· conduct and document weekly inventory using agency inventory control;

receive and forward verbal and written feedback to clinical, medical, and other Claire House staff as required regarding client activity and behavior;
complete all incident reports, as directed by the Chef, Program Manager, or designee, prior to the end of scheduled shift as required by the Incident Reporting Policy and Procedure;
assist with filing as requested by the Chef and Program Manager;
· assist with other program functions as requested by the Chef and Program Manager;
perform other duties as required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to walk around campus to secure facility and supervise clients. Must be able to be on feet and walk around the kitchen area, food service area and food storage areas. Kitchen Assistant must be able to climb stairs, stoop, and stand 95% of shift. Must be able to bend and lift boxes and supplies with weight ranging from 25 to 60 lbs. Must be able to work various shifts including evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays as required by program needs. Work will require physical activity to be performed. Employee will be required to travel from time to time. The remaining 5% of the shift will be spent doing administrative tasks. Administrative tasks should be performed at workstation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed throughout the treatment facility focusing primarily on the kitchen area, food service area and food storage area. Work is normally performed both inside and outside with varying temperatures. Employee is expected to work in various facility locations. Employees do not have private or personal workspace and are expected to work in various parts of the treatment facility as needed. Position Overview
* The Veterinary Technician supports hospital operations by providing dedicated quality veterinary care and exceptional service to our patients and clients. Responsibilities include providing patient care by determining animal requirements, conducting examinations and diagnostic procedures, assisting during surgery and operations, providing nursing care, assisting with feeding and caring for patients, maintaining medical supplies and equipment, overseeing triage and discharging patients, and maintaining patient medical records.
Key Responsibilities
* Determine animal requirements by conducting examinations and interviews, reviewing care plans and records, completing laboratory tests and studies, and diagnostic imaging.
* Care for patients by taking vital signs, collecting samples, administering medications, drugs, and vaccines, and bandaging and wrapping wounds.
* Support patient examinations and operations by assembling required supplies and instruments, securing and bringing patients to examination rooms, and restraining patients; aids as directed by the veterinarian.
* Provide excellent pet care by applying full knowledge of anatomy, physiology, disease processes, pharmacology, specialized equipment usage, and specialized drug administration.
* Obtain and verify medications.
* Ensure that patients have food and water, clean patients' rooms, cages, and equipment; observe patients for clinical signs of disease.
* As directed, fill prescriptions and administer medications, including proper documentation, logging, and security of controlled drugs.
* Maintain a safe, secure, healthy, and humane environment by sterilizing and wrapping instruments, sanitizing and disinfecting holding and operating areas, storing sterile supplies, verifying shelf life, following standards and procedures, and in compliance with applicable legal regulations.
* Maintain medical records by documenting patients' conditions, reactions, and changes; update the database in an accurate and timely manner.
* Communicate with the pet owner about the status of the patient, as directed by the veterinarian.
* Maintain equipment by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining equipment supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
* Maintain inventory, place orders for needed supplies, verify, and maintain receipts.
* Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional journals.
* Release pets to their owners as directed; ensure that every animal released is clean and properly groomed before their release.
* Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
* Perform other duties as assigned by Manager or practice.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
* Veterinary Technician/Assistant experience
* Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT), Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or the Licensed Veterinary Medical Technician (LVMT) preferred or as required by State.
