Craig A. Rogerson was elected Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company effective July 9, 2017 and of Hexion Holdings Corporation in July 2019. He served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Chemtura Corporation from December 2008 to April 2017. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Hercules Incorporated from December 2003 to November 2008. Mr. Rogerson serves on the boards of PPL Corporation, Ashland Global Holdings Inc., the American Chemistry Council, the Society of Chemical Industry, and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. He also serves on the Advisory board of the Michigan State University Chemical Engineering & Materials Science College. For Hexion Holdings Corporation, he serves on the Listing Committee.
