    Job TitleSummer Analyst, Project Finance The Project Finance Summer Analyst will have a unique opportunity to work with a growing Project Finance Americas team, responsible for structuring and executing prudent and profitable renewable energy and infrastructure project financing transactions. The PF Summer Analyst will have exposure to a broad, and growing range of technologies (e.g. solar, wind, battery, energy efficiency, data centers, and fuel cells) and transaction structures. The PF Summer Analyst will be an integral part of deal teams and will have the opportunity to learn from colleagues with different experience levels and fields of expertise. The PF Summer Analyst will be expected to: Act as an essential deal team members in structuring and executing renewable energy and infrastructure financing transactions Build relationships within the organization and industry stakeholders Gain and share expertise on various renewable energy and infrastructure technologies, project finance and financing structures Job Description: Assist team members in pitching, generating, structuring, executing, and monitoring project finance transactions. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Review financial models for renewable energy projects and other project finance transactions (no prior financial modeling experience required) Review project documents, including Power Purchase Agreement (PPA), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) Agreement, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Agreements Review financing agreements Review consultant reports Draft internal transaction documents Conduct research for independent project covering the project finance industry Assist portfolio team in monitoring loans, which includes risk analysis, expansions, refinancings, and restructuring Required Skills & Experiences: Strong interest in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Spring 2027 graduation year only). Strong GPA of 3.5 or above Have a good attitude and a willingness to learn quickly and think nimbly Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
