Mr. Herrington serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of Franklin Synergy Bank. After serving in the U.S. Army, he joined Franklin National Bank in 2000 as Manager of Information Systems. In 2002, he joined Civitas Bank Group as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Upon the sale of Civitas Bank Group, Mr. Herrington founded Franklin Synergy Bank in 2007 with a team of veteran local bankers. Mr. Herrington is a graduate of Belmont University. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a certification that designates competence in operations, telecommunications, network and environmental security, information security and risk management, cryptography, disaster recovery planning and security architecture and design. In 2006, Mr. Herrington received Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification, a designation that denotes qualifications to solve the industry's toughest electronic payment challenges.

Eddie Maynard is an Exec VP/Chief Credit Officer at Franklin Synergy Bank and Exec VP/Chief Credit Officer at FRANKLIN FINANCIAL NETWORK INC..
