Literally EVERYTHING ELSE! Lack of leadership direction, no accountability for managers/leaders, no diversity (cultural, thought/perspective, religions, gender), no ‘culture’ , “good old boys club”, if you are white you will fit right in!

Nothing, majority are conservative, racist, and homophonic. CEO does nothing to hold accountable.

Listen to employees concerns and step out of 1960’s

Nope, severely underpaid while ‘white leaders’ making hand over fist.

What diversity? Nonexistent, hired DEI Manager and fired a year later with little explanation

Leadership team is virtually useless. Full of cis white men only worried about how things will benefit them. No diversity.

Address the bias and harmful language used within the firm, hold leaders accountable for their behaviors.
