Medical Assistant Position Summary
As a member of the care team, the Medical Assistant works to provide patient-centered care delivery. The MA provides initial preparation of patients prior to the provider's encounter; assists providers in patient care activities as directed; updates/documents and records in the EHR system; relieves/assists the Patient Service Representative as needed; orders and restocks exam rooms and office supplies as needed, and assists office staff with office-specific tasks.
