Position Summary
The Cardiology Diagnostic RegisteredNurse (RN) is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. This position triages patient for stress testing, reviews prep instructions with the patients, and orders pregnancy testing as needed. The Diagnostic RN preps the patient for the ordered procedure, reviews chart and medications. This position is responsible for running ETTs, Stress Echos and NM studies and administering the appropriate medications for pharmacological studies.
In addition, this position if responsible for all codes and EMS coordination resulting from testing. The RN must be able to administer the appropriate meds and maintain the crash cart according to protocol. They are responsible for all EKG changes during the procedure and recovery. This position requires the ability to interpret the finding and report in EPIC according to guideline. The RN must be able to appreciate symptom changes that occur with the patient because of the medication or the test.

* Three (3) years inpatient cardiology-based experience such as Progressive Cardiac Unit, Critical Care Unit, Cardiac Step Down, Cardiology Lab Environment, etc. required.
* One (1) year of experience reading and interpreting telemetry required.
* Experience in a medical office setting in the selected specialty, preferred.
* Experience working with EKG's, cardiac medications and treatment protocols preferred.

New Grad RN Critical Care Position Summary
The Critical Care division encompasses ICU and ICU Stepdown (PCU or IMC). The IMC and PCU RN are responsible for managing high acuity patients who are often too critical for a medical/surgical floor but may not require an ICU level of care. Position Summary
The Cardiology Coumadin RegisteredNurse (RN) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating a plan of patient care utilizing ANA Standards and the Nursing Process. This position performs and interprets INR testing, adjusts Coumadin doses per protocol, and collaborates with providers to develop patient treatment plans.
