The Plant Manager will supervise assigned service work, refined fuel and/or propane operations in an operating area to ensure daily tasks are completed as expected and our customers are serviced with the highest standards, while ensuring the safety of our equipment and employees. To provide in-home instruction as well as a group socialization experience to parents and children (infants/toddlers) which will enhance the parents' ability to fill the role of primary nurturer of their child. Maintain on-going contact with families and work with all other components (health, nutrition, family services, mental health, special services, parent education and resource/referral) to integrate services into the family setting. This position will support the center as needed by providing minimal time in the classroom to ensure the safety of children. The center families will be served through home and office visits. This position will provide parents with the necessary tools to become self-reliant through the development of a Family Development Partnership and referral to local resources. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Recruit families to apply for the Early Head Start and Head Start program within identified service areas. What You'll Do As a City Year AmeriCorps member, your service will focus on coaching and mentoring elementary, middle and/or high school students. You will help these students earn academic success, improve their attendance, and develop positive behaviors at school. You will plan and monitor individual student progress and work with teachers on whole class instruction, breakout spaces and other in-class student assistance. The Technician in Sterile Processing performs sterilization, sanitation, and disinfection of designated hospital equipment and all surgical instruments, scopes, and packs. The Technician must be able to operate, monitor, and perform maintenance and surveillance of all sterilization equipment. The Technician must be familiar with and able to use a variety of sterilization and disinfection processes and apply principles of surgical asepsis and infection prevention. The Technician is responsible for hazardous material monitoring in Sterile Processing. The Technician orders, receives, and stores supplies and assists in coordinating the non-disposable sterile supplies and equipment processed by Sterile Processing for the nursing units. Perform other duties as requested or assigned. Maybe expected to work varying hours and take call. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: * High School Diploma or equivalent or satisfactory completion of Certified Nursing Assistant Course * Completion of a Surgical Scrub Technician program preferred. LICENSE / CERTIFICATION / REGISTRATION: * BLS - Obtains RQI BLS certification within the appropriate quarter (approximately within 3 months of hire), maintains quarterly RQI requirements. * CRCST - Obtain through the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) within the first year of hire (requires 400 hours of hands-on experience). EXPERIENCE: * CNA experience preferred, but not required. * Hospital experience required.

Assemble and weld components (modifying, setting up, fittings, refurbishing, etc.) following written and verbal instructions, closely adhering to company standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Set up, fit and weld to perform the direct function of the department. Follow written and verbal instructions to assemble units meeting company quality standards. Detect and report faulty operations, materials and working conditions to supervisor. Use safety equipment as instructed. Follow safety regulations and company policies. Maintain work area, equipment and tools in clean orderly condition. Promote 5S concept of order and housekeeping. Perform other duties and cross-train as required or assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Welding skill and good knowledge of hand tools. Requires the use of math and various measuring devices in interpreting and following written instructions and engineering drawings. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Physical fitness to perform all functions of designated work areas. This includes small tool use, full arm and leg range of motion, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, work in awkward positions, talking and hearing. Employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25#, frequently lift and/or move up to 35# and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70#. 3. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
