Prepare paperwork for referral hospitals or consultations
Obtain an accurate and relevant history from clients in a timely manner
Discharge exam room patients; going over instructions with owners thoroughly and providing print materials when needed

Enter all charges and inform the front desk when client can be checked out; help process payments when needed
General

Entry level job in Charlottesville, VA
Deliver exceptional service to all arriving and departing guests and sports club members by assisting with their luggage, parking vehicles, opening doors, and providing directions. Safely transport guests and sports club members to their desired destinations within the property as requested.
Essential job duties include:
Maintain an extensive knowledge of rooms, hotel facilities such as restaurants, lounges, entertainment venues, pools, gift stores, and their hours of operation.
Communicate efficiently with the Front Desk to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Notify Housekeeping and Engineering of areas in the hotel needing maintenance, including parking lots.
Direct guests to the Front Desk or meeting rooms as needed.
Assist guests with luggage, ensuring a smooth and welcoming escort to their rooms.
Keep luggage and golf carts organized in designated areas, handling all property with care to prevent damage.
Ensure all luggage stored in the bell closet is tagged with a claim check.
Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, baggage storage room, Porte Cochere, parking lots, and Business Center at all times.
Safely transport guests to and from their destinations while adhering to traffic laws.
Provide shuttle transportation for J1 employees between work and home, ensuring timely pick-up and drop-off services.
Maintain an accurate schedule for J1 shuttle operations and inform employees of their assigned transportation times.
Approach and greet arriving vehicles, opening and closing doors while welcoming guests prior to their introduction at the Front Desk.
Ensure the Porte cochere entrance is staffed and welcoming at all times.
Inspect and tag vehicles for pre-existing damage before valet parking.
Retrieve valeted vehicles promptly upon guest request.
During winter weather, ensure valeted vehicles are cleared of snow in the early morning hours.
Ensure all passengers wear seat belts and follow applicable traffic regulations.
Extend warm greetings and exceptional service to all guests.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position involves frequent interaction in various areas including the front door, lobby, guest rooms, hallways, vehicles, Porte Cochere, sports club, and outdoor spaces.
Requirements
At least 6 months of previous customer service experience, preferred.
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays required.
Perfect driving record.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to work extended hours on an at-needed basis.
Must have a clean driving record.
Lift Ticket Checker
Entry level job in Massanutten, VA
Massanutten Resort
Ticket checker or ticket scanner will work in the Lift mazes and greet and assist guests and validate their access every time. Assist guest getting on the lift, working outside in all weather conditions, raking and maintaining lift line mazes throughout the shift and frequent shoveling of mazes and loading areas.
Work outside in all types of inclement weather
Ability to handle busy fast pace environment
Ability to tolerate standing in cold for extended periods of time
Able to work weekend and holiday shifts
