Pros of working at Freebirds World Burrito

I loved the culture, the upper management team which I was a part of. I enjoyed the diversity, daily challenges, the ability to perform and be rewarded for it. The opportunity to be yourself. I loved being around people in a daily basis and the opportunity to make someone's day better. I loved the opportunity to coach, train, and develop employees and managers. Family like atmosphere. Bonus structure for most of the years was pretty good for the restaurant business. Growth opportunities. The ability to be heard.

Cons of working at Freebirds World Burrito

Nothing in particular. At times, I don't think we were open minded enough and definitely for many years, we didn't and weren't willing to invest in things that could have capitalized on returns. Too conservative and were stuck in our ways. To many projects going on at once which made it tough to accomplish tasks. Too many directions at once. Not enough training classes for managers.

Bonus structure for most of the years I was there. Ability to be yourself and have a voice.

Pros of working at Freebirds World Burrito

Nothing at all hours and pay are short you start off with 35 hours then in a month you get 25 to 30 hours then you can't hit overtime not even close to 40 hours

Pay making 12.00 as a prep and hours cut

Nothing I did like it but after getting told no raise then getting a new employee making 2.00 over me when I am the prep is not cool
