Engage consumers in activities aimed to assist in a wide range of skill development, symptom management, wellness education and work readiness when appropriate. Initiate and maintain contact with consumers to facilitate transition between services. Provide or assist with transportation to initial appointments. Maintain and submit accurate and timely documentation requirements and assist with service authorizations as needed. Maintain confidentiality and comply with service definition. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Keep agency vehicles registration, insurance cards, and safety inspections up to date and stocked with appropriate vehicle safety equipment. D. Performs carpentry maintenance tasks including routine sheetrock/drywall installation and/or repair, window replacement, cabinet and countertop replacement, painting and texturing, and door and hardware installation, paints interior and exterior finishes, as appropriate. E. Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on all facilities and tooling machines, including support equipment. F. Work in conjunction with the management team to ensure a consistent level of maintenance in all facilities according to organizational regulations. G. Check primary buildings daily as assigned, and inspect facilities for carpet stains, marks on walls that need touch-up, damaged or stained ceiling tiles, bent or broken window blinds, H. Complete Work Orders via the electronic system in a timely manner noting completion and other comments when necessary. I.     Mobile Crisis Management involves all support, services and treatments necessary to provide integrated crisis response, crisis stabilization interventions, and crisis prevention activities. Mobile Crisis services are available at all times, 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week, 365-days-a-year. Crisis response provides an immediate evaluation, triage and access to acute mental health, intellectual/developmental disabilities, or substance abuse services, treatment, and supports to effect symptom reduction, harm reduction, or to safely transition persons in acute crises to appropriate crisis stabilization and detoxification supports or services. These services include immediate telephonic response to assess the crisis and determine the risk, mental status, medical stability, and appropriate response. Mobile Crisis also includes crisis prevention and supports that are designed to reduce the incidence of recurring crises. These supports and services must be specified in a beneficiary's Crisis Plan, which is a component of all PCPs. Responsibilities Demonstrate competence in crisis management services and provide them to clients in the community. Conduct telephone and/or face-to-face assessments of clients experiencing crisis in the community. Provide effective, respectful and culturally sensitive crisis intervention services for each client, addressing client concerns with the aim of crisis stabilization. Respond to a minimum of 80% of clients eligible for mobile crisis on a face-to-face basis. Consult with staff MD or designated Qualified Professional on all calls. Develop a written crisis plan with all clients served within 24 hours of the Mobile Crisis Event. Maintain a current driver's license and safe driving record in order to be eligible to transport clients in crisis. Transport clients to needed crisis services as necessary Complete all required paperwork for each client served including progress notes, authorization and billing forms and a census report weekly. Maintain all files containing required documentation non all clients. Participate actively as a member of a treatment team. Actively participate in staff and supervisions.
