My coworkers, management, and training were amazing!

Cons of working at Freedom Mortgage

You are nothing more than a statistic at this company. You’re expected to work 50+ hours including weekends, you do NOT get paid for every loan you close, and the lack of communication at this company is insane. It also takes way longer to close than most other mortgage companies; average is 60 days. You are also not allowed to take home any commission for an entire year, and you can easily make 6 figures as soon as you start.
