Job Description
The Network Engineer's role is to ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services. This is achieved by planning, designing, and developing local area networks (LANs) across the organization. In addition, the Network Engineer will participate with the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all network hardware, software, and communication links. This individual will also analyze and resolve network hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.
Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
• Collaborate with executive management and department leaders to assess near- and long-term network capacity needs.
• Create and maintain documentation as it relates to network configuration, network mapping, processes, and service records.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for network administration, usage, and disaster recovery.
Acquisition & Deployment
• Design and deploy company LANs, and wireless networks, including routers, switches, WLCs, WAPs, UPSs, and other hardware.
• Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards to remain abreast of developments in the networking industry.
• Oversee new and existing equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
• Interact with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors.
Operational Management
• Configure networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
• Take escalations from tier two support centers and other competency centers.
• Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, telephony equipment, fax machines, and other network appliances.
• Practice network asset management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
• Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports.
• Participate in managing all network security solutions in cooperation with Security team.
• Mentor and/or provide guidance to junior members of the team.
• Travel to remote sites (when needed).
Qualifications
Educational Requirements
• University degree in computer science or electrical engineering and/or 7 years equivalent work experience.
• CCNP (Cisco certified network professional) required or applicable skills.
Knowledge / Experience
• Proven experience and success with LAN and WIFI design and implementation.
• Experience with Cisco equipment required, preferably 5 years of experience.
• Proven experience with network capacity planning, network security principles, and general network management best practices.
• Working knowledge of IP telephony and IP video systems.
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards.
• Excellent hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Competence with testing tools and procedures for data circuits.
• Good understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.

The Ultrasound Supervisor provides clinical, organizational, leadership to a fast paced, multimodality radiology practice with multiple locations. The position with a technical focus on US, candidate will facilitate workflow by acting as a clinical liaison between all modalities, radiologist's, and front desk to maximize clinical services on a daily basis. Care Advocates engage people in the treatment process and assist them to access the appropriate community services so they can pursue their treatment goals in the community and avoid institutionalization. This position is also designed to be a direct clinical liaison between health plan staff and the clinical network. The program fosters a collegial and mutually beneficial relationship between the providers and payers of medical and behavioral health services.
Location: Syracuse, NY - 80% field-based meeting with Medicaid enrollees at hospitals, clinical facilities, community sites, and in their homes. 20% is spent working remotely at home.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, no weekends, evenings, or Holidays
Patient Population: Adult Behavioral Health
Primary Responsibilities:
Identify and provide community service linkage
Assist enrollees with aftercare appointments
Provide subsequent member follow-up as determined by individual member needs
Work with enrollees to identify gaps in care or obstacles to care and problem solve for successful connection to needed services
Review IP Census each day to determine which enrollees on the census are re-admits within the last 12 months
Go to facility meetings with treatment team to develop a successful aftercare plan
Manage the aftercare follow-up of identified high risk enrollees (manage follow-up calls/outreach and documentation)
Meet with community providers/facilities as company liaison to foster good rapport and relationships and to identify new programs

Key Responsibilities
Completes definition and design of complex mechanical components, modules and sub systems.
Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field. Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function

Be able to chair architecture brainstorming meetings and drive the systems process to down select to a final architecture of a subsystem.
Conducts detailed engineering analysis of sub systems using vast knowledge of design concepts and functional requirements pertaining to field of technical expertise and broadening into other disciplines.
Assists in creating concepts for architectural design approaches. Evaluate architectures to provide recommendation for best system solution approach.
Build and qualify prototypes of new designs, or procure entire subsystems from outsourced suppliers and test for compliance with detailed specifications
Identifies problems and troubleshoots a variety of difficult engineering problems in field of technical expertise, including serviceability and manufacturability.
Supports system integration during the assembly and final testing of new product designs.
Performs and coordinates tests as per internal as well as industry-accepted reliability specifications. Make suitable design or operational changes as required.
Supports system engineering projects that have a substantial mix of electrical, mechanical, physics, algorithms and software design, and understand the underlying system implications.
Provides remote and onsite support to field support personnel as required.
Technically leads and/or executes engineering projects, including development of key suppliers
Drive successful completion of tool safety standards (SEMI S2/S8/S14, NFPA 79, F47, CE, EMI/EMC) working with 3rd party evaluators
Prepare summary reports for internal and external audiences, present findings, data, and conclusions to technical experts
Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering 10-15+ years of experience. MS Preferred.
Job requires knowledge of system engineering, motion control, control theory, high precision motion stages, and stage subsystems (chuck, substrates/wafer handling, interferometry, metrology, …)
Mechanical engineering experience in component selection, building, testing, troubleshooting, and releasing semiconductor or other similar scale capital equipment
Knowledge in SEMI S2/S8/S14, NFPA 79, F47, CE, EMI/EMC safety standards
In-depth knowledge of 3D CAD design tools (ie Inventor) and 2D CAD drawing tools not limited to Siemens Nx Unigraphics, Inventor, AutoCAD, etc.
Working knowledge of materials & components used in semiconductor wafer manufacturing equipment, materials characterization methods, and failure analysis of materials/system
Experience with supporting manufacturing and service organizations through training, documentation (procedures, OMS, BKMs, etc.), and troubleshooting.

Graduate of an AMA accredited ultrasound program or equivalent
Maintain all required continuing education credits and licensure during employment
Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certified and maintain this certification during employment
3+ years ultrasound experience
Breast tech experience
Competent to perform ultrasound exams on newborns, children, adults, and geriatric patients, meeting all department guidelines

Position Location: 1830 S Horne St. Mesa, AZ 85204
Position Schedule: Monday - Friday with monthly alternating shifts from 5:00am - 2:30pm and 8:00 am - 5:30pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain and troubleshoot the automatic tablet dispensing
Perform routine maintenance, repair, and replacement of components
Calibrate and validate the accuracy of the pill counter
Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the equipment
Adhere to company, state, and federal guidelines for licensing and training
Lift objects weight up to 50 lbs. when required
Stand up to 8 hours with intermittent breaks
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work collaboratively as part of a team
Be flexible to meet shift requirements, including occasional overtime

Required Qualifications:

Out contract support team is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as the Foreign Disclosure Representative providing support to Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDOs) in executing official duties in support of allied relationship around the world. Individuals in this position play a supporting role to the foreign relationship mission of the C&PE, with a specific focus on foreign disclosure assessments, processes, and functionary requirements. This involves working disclosure issues at the OSD and foreign defense ministries level to further the advancement of security partner nation relationships. Individual pursuing this position must be comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous, and unstructured operating environments Primary Duties
Advisor and subject matter expert serving USG officials in issues related to foreign disclosure policy and intelligence relations
Advise on foreign disclosure matters for inclusion in national and departmental planning and policy documents.
Assess and construct recommendations concerning plans and strategies involving DoD foreign disclosure and intelligence sharing policies and procedures.
Prepares staff packages, briefings, papers, read-ahead materials, and other correspondence for coordination and signature by USG officials.
Prepare documentation or handle administrative needs for USG officials attending working groups of other forums related to foreign disclosure and intelligence sharing policy.
Primary POC for administrative support to the Executive Secretariat (ExecSec) of the Military Intelligence Disclosure Policy Committee (MIDPC)
Manage the processing, and staffing of requests for exceptions to policy for the MIDPEC committee members for further process, assessment and coordination.
Assess requests and make recommendations to the FDO
Maintain records of requests for disclosure/release of classified and controlled unclassified information under the authority of the USD(I&S).
Required Qualifications and Education
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Political Science or a related field.

Demonstrated knowledge in foreign disclosure policies, foreign disclosure procedures, and foreign intelligence relationships.
Demonstrated experience in developing or making foreign disclosure decisions.
