Build and optimize modular copy systems that make personalization scalable across automated lifecycle flows. Run A/B tests and analyze performance to identify winning patterns and continuously optimize campaign results. Own churn prevention and winback messaging, including cancellation flows, reactivation campaigns, and retention-focused communication strategies. Partner with CRO, CX, and UX/UI teams to improve landing pages, cancellation experiences, and lifecycle conversion journeys. Build internal systems and leverage AI tools to increase message velocity, consistency, and long-term retention impact. Required Education/experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university At least 3 years experience in legal or technical writing Working knowledge of the law Required skills/abilities: Excellent research and writing skills Excellent proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management skills. Self-starter who takes initiative on story execution. Hours/Location: This position is REMOTE and CONTRACT. You request the work you want and when you don't.
