The Multimedia Camera HW Architecture team is looking for an experienced and talented Architect. The architecture group consists of hardware, software and systems engineers who are driving the analysis and definition of next‑generation architectures for our Camera Image Signal Processing (ISP) design for the smartphone and other product categories across Qualcomm's roadmap. Responsibilities
Architect market‑leading mobile camera ISP design with best‑in‑class performance and power
Conduct hands‑on performance, power, and area tradeoffs to help define our ISP architecture
Collaborate with HW and SW teams to define best‑in‑class multimedia system design
Define HW micro‑architecture for implementation of image processing algorithms
Deploy models, simulators, profilers, or even real hardware to provide quantitative justification for architectural directions
Apply computer architecture knowledge of CPUs, GPUs, DSPs, cache coherency, bus interconnect, MMU and memory/bandwidth analysis
Effectively communicate experimental results, review with technical leads and peers and analyze outstanding issues
Creatively overcome obstacles to obtain the answers to architectural questions
Invent and file patents on technical solutions to relevant problems

Minimum Skills
Experience in system or chipset development for SoC products, preferably in the mobile market
Experience in multimedia HW development (imaging, video, display, audio, sensors etc) and ML/AI accelerators
Experience with OS principles and HW/SW interaction
Experience with SoC, bus interconnect, and memory technologies
MS Degree Required with 2+ years industry experience in one or more of the following areas:
Hands‑on experience in using and modifying simulators and performance/power models, especially full‑system models
Experience in VLSI design and verification
Experience in C/C++/SystemC programming
Pragmatic scripting & automation skills
Working knowledge of UNIX environment
Preferred Skills
Image Processing Algorithm domain knowledge

Salary & Benefits
Pay range: $122,500.00 - $183,700.00
The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We're looking for a performance-minded Video Editor to support RYZE's paid social advertising engine across Meta and TikTok. This role is highly executional, fast-paced, and deeply rooted in direct-response performance marketing.
You'll take raw footage, scripts, and existing assets and turn them into high-converting social ads, leveraging both traditional editing techniques and AI-powered creative tools. This is not a brand-only role - performance, iteration speed, and creative precision matter here.
What You'll Do
Edit raw video footage into high-quality, conversion-focused social media ads aligned with RYZE's performance standards.
Assemble ads using provided scripts, storyboards, and existing assets to support testing velocity.
Add captions, transitions, sound design, music, b-roll, and visual effects to maximize engagement and clarity.
Ensure strong pacing, flow, and timing optimized for paid social performance.
Write and apply clear, accurate, and compelling English captions that reinforce messaging and hooks.
Apply color correction and visual enhancements to maintain brand consistency.
Use Adobe Premiere Pro as the primary editing tool; leverage After Effects and Photoshop as needed.
Actively use AI creative tools (AI video, voice, image, and asset generation) to improve speed, efficiency, and output quality.
Manage multiple ad edits and iterations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Role
We're seeking a creative video producer who can concept, strategize, and manage compelling video content that resonates with sophisticated private capital professionals. This role combines strategic creative thinking with hands-on production management to build Affinity's video presence across YouTube, social platforms, and marketing channels. You'll own the entire production process-from ideation and budgeting to shoot management and post-production oversight-while building and managing a network of freelance editors and creative talent. This role reports to the Director of Brand.
What will I be doing?
Creative Development & Strategy
Collaborate on video concept development for multiple content formats including thought leadership interviews, product education, customer testimonials, and campaigns
Contribute creative ideas and recommend visual approaches that align with Affinity's messaging, brand design, and business objectives
Write and edit scripts in collaboration with the Director of Brand, Content Marketing Manager, and subject matter experts
Stay ahead of video and social media trends to bring fresh ideas and platform-specific insights to the team
Production Management & Execution
Manage production budget and vendor payments within approved parameters
Pitch to and book high-profile talent including industry leaders, executives, and thought leaders for video content
Handle all pre-production tasks including storyboarding, scheduling, location scouting, equipment preparation, and vendor coordination
Manage on-site and remote shoots, ensuring high-quality footage is captured while adhering to schedules and budget
Direct and guide on-camera talent including conducting off-camera interviews, providing direction during shoots, and creating comfortable environments that elicit authentic, engaging performances
Coordinate with internal teams and freelance videographers, editors, motion designers, and animators to ensure seamless production

5-7 years of video production experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating both long-form and short-form storytelling
Proven track record producing high-quality video content from concept through final delivery
