Has strong typography skills Comfortable presenting your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Stays on top of current design trends Illustration skills preferred You are very organized, and work efficiently and independently but as part pf a larger team. Thrives in start-up environment. Pay & Benefits: The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $90,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In this role, you'll support the Program Team by capturing photography, collecting media, and storytelling to enhance social media, development, and fundraising efforts. In this position you will be onsite full-time at Camp Korey in Mt Vernon WA, June 21 through August 15, 2026. Pay for the 8 week camp season is $4333 plus room and board. This position will report to the Program Coordinator and will team up with the whole staff to make the magic of camp happen. Minimum Age of 21 is required. What you'll be doing (with on-site training and a team): Capture high-quality photographs and video of camp activities, special events, and all-camp experiences. Collect stories, quotes, and moments from campers, families, and staff to support fundraising, social media, and marketing efforts. Manage, organize, and maintain digital media assets, ensuring accessibility for marketing, social media, and development use. Assist in creating content for social media, newsletters, and development materials. Support stage night and other all-camp events by photographing and documenting highlights.
