The Digital Creative Designer will be responsible for creating engaging, performance-driven design assets across digital channels. This role focuses on motion graphics, social media content, ad creative, and web visuals that capture attention and drive measurable client engagement. Print is extremely minimal and this role is about digital first, high impact creative execution.

Responsibilities
• Design ad creative and engagement assets across Paid Media, Organic, and social platforms
• Produce motion graphics, short-form videos, and dynamic content optimized for digital campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams to translate campaign goals into effective creative
• Develop visuals for landing pages, websites, and digital touchpoints with an eye for conversion and engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across multiple client verticals while adapting creative for performance testing
• Contribute to ideation sessions and bring forward innovative creative approaches to drive higher engagement
• Track performance of creative assets and refine based on analytics, testing, and feedback
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in digital design, motion graphics, or social-first creative (agency experience a plus)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects (or similar), Figma, and related design tools
• Proven experience creating motion/video content for social platforms (Gads, Programmatic, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Understanding of creative best practices for digital ads and engagement campaigns
• Ability to design for web (landing pages, banners, UX elements) with an eye for conversion
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality motion, social, and engagement-driven creative

What We're Looking For
3-5 years of hands-on paid media experience (in-house or agency). You've managed campaigns, learned from missteps, and understand how to optimize at scale.
Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications required.
Demonstrated experience buying across multiple channels, ideally including some exposure to traditional or outdoor media.
Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and/or programmatic buying.
Familiarity with web analytics, conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and pixel implementation.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, you can build reports and dashboards that actually tell a story.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate “CPMs and CTRs” into “here's what this means for your business.”
