Position Summary: The Graphic Designer will work within the Marketing department and will report to the Art Director. They will work closely with firm executives, project managers, and writers to develop winning proposals, presentations, and award submittals. This position is fully in-office. Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Visual Brand Consistency
Create visually cohesive materials that align with the firm's brand standards across all platforms, including proposals, presentations, social media, signage, internal communications, and video. Ensure design quality and consistency in typography, color, and layout throughout all marketing and project deliverables.
Translate Complex Construction Concepts into Compelling Visuals
Design infographics, diagrams, and visual narratives that communicate technical construction processes, project milestones, and company capabilities in a way that is both accurate and engaging for clients, partners, and the public.
Support Pursuit and Proposal Development
Collaborate closely with marketing managers, proposal coordinators, and project teams to design proposal layouts, covers, and graphics that strengthen storytelling and competitive positioning in pursuit materials, interviews, and client presentations.

Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education

Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign and an understanding of production/design review workflows, use of object/paragraph/character styles, and color management required.

Position Summary
The Communications & Digital Media Specialist (CDMS) plays a pivotal role in supporting, coordinating, and managing communications and digital media for the Ballmer Institute. This position spans all aspects of the institute's mission, including academics, research, advancement, community outreach, and advocacy.
The CMDS is responsible for managing the institute's digital presence, creating engaging content, and implementing strategic communication initiatives. This role includes updating and maintaining the institute's website to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with institutional priorities while optimizing content for clarity, search engine optimization (SEO), and audience engagement.
The CMDS oversees the development and distribution of newsletters, brochures, reports, and digital media, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels. They also ensure all communication adheres to brand standards established by University Communications.

Minimum Requirements
• Three years of experience as a public relations representative for an organization that involved gathering information, writing and/or producing materials, presenting information to the public, handling public relations, preparing press releases, and interaction with the news media. At least one year of this experience must have involved participating in planning and administering an organization's public relations program.
• A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a closely related field may substitute for up to two years of the general experience but will not substitute for the one year of specialized experience.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

Experience in writing and overseeing content creation
Experience with content strategies

Minimum
