The coworkers were great.
Management. They set you up to fail. They have a thin "We're all family" facade but that veneer hides a very cliquish, patriarchal management culture and overview. Training is minimal at best and not very focused or thorough at all yet they expect you to be an expert in your position within weeks. There's a high turnover due to job dissatisfaction and if they have even the slightest suspicion that you are looking for another job, critical of the company and/or it's methods and procedures, you're out the door via a weak excuse or the "at will" clause. Avoid this company like the plague!
