What do you like best about Freeport-McMoRan's CEO and the leadership team?

He appears to be honest, but he listens to very dishonest people.

How would you improve Freeport-McMoRan's culture?

Third party audit of personnel decisions

How did you prepare for the Freeport-McMoRan interview?

Relax, be yourself and be honest. I notice on LinkedIn, numerous people taking credit for things that I know they didn't do. But these things don't normally come up in an interview.

How does your compensation at Freeport-McMoRan compare to the industry average?

Below average for the industry

What's the diversity at Freeport-McMoRan like?

It is phony. Website with photos of minorities, but exaggerated. For women, they do "make up" higher level technical jobs to showcase them. These titles never existed before the woman was named to it. There are losers in this, as more qualified people are not even considered for these high paying jobs. Lower and mid level technical jobs are disproportionately held by foreign nationals. They will work significantly cheaper because of company sponsorship pf their US Work Visa!

What brings you the most joy at Freeport-McMoRan?

Seeing high quality, finished product leave the site made safely and environmentally friendly
