What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of video production-from vision and pre‑production planning to field shooting, editing, and final delivery-bringing people, operations, and values to life for internal and external audiences while overseeing the corporate studio for smooth, high‑quality output. Edit high‑quality content for multiple platforms using Adobe Premiere Pro, applying brand guidelines and delivering polished products that support strategic communication goals. Independently shoot interviews, site features, and events; handle camera, lighting, and audio; travel to sites; and operate a multi‑camera corporate studio. Coordinate shoot logistics, interpret briefs, and develop shot lists or storyboards. Enhance content with motion graphics, transitions, and sound design using Adobe Creative Suite and AI. What You Bring To Freeport
* HS Diploma/GED and 11 years in Corporate/Mass Communications with emphasis on video production or relevant experience
OR
* Bachelor's in a Film Production, Broadcast Journalism, Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations or similar field and 7 years of experience
OR
* Master's and 5 years of experience in Corporate Communications or Mass Communications with an emphasis on video production or relevant experience
* Understanding of scripting, pre‑production, production, and post‑production workflows
* Knowledge of three‑point lighting, studio lighting grids, and adapting to natural light
* Audio engineering basics (mics, mixing, soundproofing)

What We Offer You
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $85,000-$116,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. What You Will Do
This position will be based in one of the following locations: Safford or Bagdad with expected travel to support other FMI locations. Travel frequency dependent on business needs
* Acts as technical expert in general areas of past and present operations and maintenance. Provides technical expertise to support maintenance and commissioning/decommissioning. Will have broad and deep background, knowledge and understanding of industrial processes and associated equipment.
* Serves as a project lead and collaborates with maintenance/operations teams to achieve equipment reliability and run time. This work includes, but is not limited to, asset preservation, commissioning, and rebuilds. Team members may be internal or external (vendors or contractors).
* Reviews maintenance documentation for plant and equipment, to help identify potential and existing problems and facilitate maintenance best practices. Having identified a problem, determines the root cause and takes action to resolve and/or prevent production/maintenance issues.
* Collaborates with Planners, Operations, and others involved in the planning of critical maintenance activities.
* Champion safety and environmental processes to support and improve maintenance working practices. Mentor personnel on best practices (process, tooling, specifications, etc.)
* Collaborate to develop and utilize standard maintenance templates to achieve equipment reliability.
* Perform other duties as requested.
What You Bring To Freeport
* High school diploma or GED and seven (7) years journeyman level mechanical maintenance repair/rebuild experience with industrial equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, etc.) including project management experience.
* Journeyman level ability to read, understand and apply information from technical manuals and other reference materials, including blueprints.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

This position provides strategic planning and drives tactical aspects of defining, implementing, and supporting operations with projects to achieve short, medium and long-term goals for Water Management Solutions. The position focuses on reducing dependency on fresh water via enhanced water reuse and recycling, recovery of valuable secondary aqueous phase constituents, and/or reduction of environmental impacts. Specifically, this position synthesizes information from subject matter experts in water balance, water process and treatment plant design, mining, processing, legal, environmental, and operations to select, scope; seeks financial approval of preferred opportunities and drives design and execution of feasible and practicable efficiency and treatment improvements.
* Provide strategic planning and drive tactical aspects of projects to achieve short, medium and long-term goals for water management solutions by synthesizing water balance and water quality / treatment information from SMEs and operators to evaluate and rank water conservation and treatment opportunities for operating sites.
* Develop project scoping and manage projects or partner with project managers to drive planning, design, and construction of new processes or modifications to existing systems. Ensure appropriate operational engagement in project execution focusing on change management and performance assurance.
* Provide operational implementation support for new solutions and/or troubleshooting of existing solutions, ensuring appropriate system performance, development of best practices and documentation.
* Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers through influence and mentorship, engaging across various levels and groups within Freeport, to drive good practice for water management. Serve as the SME within Freeport for developing water management solutions by engaging internal and external experts and suppliers.
* Engage with a broad group of internal stakeholders on water management decisions to ensure alignment on path forward on fit-for-purpose solutions. Present updates to project sponsors and external business partners as needed to support short, medium, and long-term goals of projects.

**Description**
Manage and review Engineering designs and construction plans for crushed leach pads, dams, levees and foundations company-wide and ensure optimization of projects. Serve as technical advisor on geotechnical infrastructure projects and as company resource for geotechnical information and analysis.
+ Serve as a technical specialist and perform critical review of geotechnical aspects of crushed leach pads, tailings dams, water dams, levees and infrastructure foundation/civil design investigations and designs
+ Stay abreast of the state of the practice in Geotechnical Engineering to fulfill this role
+ Manage projects and serve as subject matter expert (SME) on large/complex site planning/construction, expansion or modifications
+ Provide guidance to Managers and Engineers on applicable programs, practices, and regulations
+ Interpret Geotechnical theory and practice and provide recommendations to Management to aid in decision making
+ Act as a company resource and mentor in the practice of Geotechnical Engineering
+ Proactively identify and champion new technologies and management programs that will optimize operational operations and improve safety
+ Ensure optimization of on-going and proposed dams, crushed leach pads and plan foundation structures through technology transfer and benchmarking

Under general supervision, oversee underground excavation stability management functions including underground excavation support design and stability monitoring and serve as resource for Geomechanical information and analysis.
* Perform critical review of technical reports, analyses, design plans, specifications, cost estimates and develop appropriate recommendations. Stay abreast of the state of the practice in geotechnical engineering to fulfill this role.
* Manage projects and serve as subject matter expert (SME) on large/complex site planning/construction, expansion, or modifications. Provide guidance to site managers and engineers on applicable programs, practices, and regulations.
* Develop and review ground support designs for underground excavations to ensure a safe working environment based on relevant geological and stress conditions using empirical (Q or RMR), kinematic (un Wedge) and stress (RS3, phase 2) based analysis methods.
* Manage and review underground excavation stability data collection, analysis and remedial work including underground excavation monitoring, data processing, rock strength parameters, and geologic structures.
* Proactively seek improvements to the safe mining of mine reserves relating to underground excavation monitoring, underground excavation maintenance, underground excavation support designs, Geomechanical data acquisition and analyses.
* Develop, maintain, and implement strategic plans to enhance the mine's underground excavation stability program.
* Manage and provide Geomechanical project oversight and review relating to outside consultants.
* Evaluate and administer contracts with vendors for the provision of services and equipment
* Represent the site on company sponsored steering committees, task forces, or teams.

**What You Will Do**
Under general supervision, provide technical expertise, guidance, and leadership for a variety of designated engineering projects and programs at the assigned site. Review, investigate, and develop recommendations for engineering projects. Serve as Project Manager or technical expert on small to medium site construction, expansion, or modification projects. Evaluate and administer vendor contracts for services and equipment. Provide guidance to site management on processes, practices, and applicable regulations. Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting efforts for designated engineering areas. Represent the site on company-sponsored steering teams as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
**What You Bring To Freeport**
+ Bachelor's degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline and three (3) years of engineering experience relevant to assignment, including project management experience;

**What We Offer You**
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently **$90,000-$124,500.** This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. **What You Will Do**
Under general supervision, you will support a variety of Corporate Services and Facilities-related activities to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment.
+ **Employee & Guest Experience** : Partner with the Community Service team to deliver personalized service to employees and visitors at corporate offices. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with facilities-related needs.
+ **Office Operations Support** : Contribute to the daily management of corporate office operations, including business activities, workplace appearance, meeting and event support, office wayfinding, reception services, visitor refreshments, dining coordination, office tours, activity reservations, and handling gift and package orders.
+ **Workplace Engagement** : Greet employees and guests upon arrival, assist with workspace bookings, and provide tours and guidance to meeting locations.
+ **Facility Readiness** : Monitor the appearance and readiness of lobbies, cafés, meeting rooms, and common areas. Engage with employees and guests to ensure a positive experience, resolve issues, request housekeeping services as needed, and perform spot checks on equipment. **What You Bring To Freeport**

**Description**
This position provides strategic planning and drives tactical aspects of defining, implementing, and supporting operations with projects to achieve short, medium and long-term goals for Water Management Solutions. The position focuses on reducing dependency on fresh water via enhanced water reuse and recycling, recovery of valuable secondary aqueous phase constituents, and/or reduction of environmental impacts. Specifically, this position synthesizes information from subject matter experts in water balance, water process and treatment plant design, mining, processing, legal, environmental, and operations to select, scope; seeks financial approval of preferred opportunities and drives design and execution of feasible and practicable efficiency and treatment improvements.
+ Provide strategic planning and drive tactical aspects of projects to achieve short, medium and long-term goals for water management solutions by synthesizing water balance and water quality / treatment information from SMEs and operators to evaluate and rank water conservation and treatment opportunities for operating sites.
+ Develop project scoping and manage projects or partner with project managers to drive planning, design, and construction of new processes or modifications to existing systems. Ensure appropriate operational engagement in project execution focusing on change management and performance assurance.
+ Provide operational implementation support for new solutions and/or troubleshooting of existing solutions, ensuring appropriate system performance, development of best practices and documentation.
+ Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers through influence and mentorship, engaging across various levels and groups within Freeport, to drive good practice for water management. Serve as the SME within Freeport for developing water management solutions by engaging internal and external experts and suppliers.
+ Engage with a broad group of internal stakeholders on water management decisions to ensure alignment on path forward on fit-for-purpose solutions. Present updates to project sponsors and external business partners as needed to support short, medium, and long-term goals of projects.
+ Develop a business case for projects considering multiple accounts analysis for the operational period and life cycle factors. Develop funding approval requests for projects and gain internal stakeholder endorsement.
+ Proactively identify new technologies and innovations that will optimize operations and improve safety.
+ Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting efforts for relevant projects / operations. Manage appropriate budgets for consulting, vendor, and other services.
+ Perform other duties as requested.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering or related fields from an accredited curriculum and ten (10) years of relevant experience.
+ Master's degree in civil, chemical, or mechanical engineering or related fields from an accredited curriculum and eight (8) years of relevant experience.
+ Experience with mine water projects and may include water balance, water treatment, and/or project engineering and execution in a mining environment.
+ Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English to a diversely educated audience

Additionally, this position is currently eligible for annual long-term incentive consideration.
