**What You Will Do**
+ Lead workload activities of the assigned department by planning, scheduling, measuring, and analyzing Maintenance activities in collaboration with site supervisors. Plan, schedule, and analyze execution to generate successful resolution of issues.
+ Manage and maintain the integrity of the information management systems to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives.
+ Under the guidance of the Equipment Reliability Standards (ERS) interact with the Supervisor in the assigned area to establish and monitor planned schedules for assigned activities. Conduct and participate in daily, weekly, and monthly planning meetings with key stakeholders. Review, prioritize and schedule work orders.
+ Responsible for "Runtime Forecasting" process execution and outcomes in assigned area.
+ Provide guidance and mentor Planner I personnel in Freeport-McMoRan practices in addition to sound planning and scheduling techniques.
+ Support the area Supervisor in all facets of job preparation, execution and follow up as prescribed by the Freeport-McMoRan standards, including time spent "in the field" to ensure readiness and availability of materials and equipment resources.
+ Develop, monitor, and adjust schedules for assigned activities. Maintain these schedules in the management system (SAP).
+ Collaborate with other Planners and first line supervisors in the long-range planning and scheduling for planned major production shutdowns and long-range planning, including but not limited to, job identification, job priority, resource requirements, materials requirements, budget forecasts and interdepartmental coordination.
+ Responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of information in the management system (SAP) to achieve the assigned planning and scheduling objectives in assigned area.
+ Execute, establish, and maintain a history for all assigned activities in the management system (SAP).
+ Engage with onsite Global Supply Chain to control warehouse minimum/maximum levels and appropriate storage conditions of materials and parts.
+ Support execution of contracts by preparing scopes of work for internal and external jobs. Initiate requests for parts and materials. Interface with Global Supply Chain department but may deal directly with vendors for the provision of services and equipment.
+ Assist with maintenance management decisions, including departmental budgets and weekly forecasting. Ensure adequate forecasting of large dollar maintenance materials to meet maintenance and financial requirements.
+ Generate regular and ad hoc reports for site management to help measure key performance indicators.
+ Perform other duties as needed.
**What You Bring To Freeport**
+ High School diploma or GED and six (6) years specific experience in field maintenance in mining/mfg or industrial operations or six (6) years specific Planning experience in field maintenance in either mining/manufacturing or industrial operations, **OR**

Job Summary:
The Maintenance Purchasing Specialist has the responsibility to know the accepted business purchasing methods and know the purchasing policies and procedures of West Liberty Foods. Job Responsibilities:
Create purchase orders.
Assist the MMS Supervisor with maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis.
Work with the inventory management team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report any back-ordered or missing item.
Monitor open purchase orders.
Search for cost savings of inventory items.
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones.
Negotiate pricing with vendors.
Create new parts in L2L and assign part numbers.
Verify prices on POs with order acknowledgements from vendors and adjust costs on POs.
Expedite orders and track shipments as needed.
Research and correct invoice issues with Accounts Payable and vendors.
Reconcile packing slips with purchasing orders and file.
Provide direction for runners on their daily schedule.
Drive continual improvement in quality, productivity, efficiency and cost.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
Partner with all departments of the organization.
Assist with pm preparations and maintenance performance monitoring.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum of 3 years related experience in a related position is preferred.
Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
Ability to perform basic math.
Must be able to work with multiple vendors to determine the best deals for WLF by evaluating the many pros and costs of each offer based on price, quality, speed and other factors.
MRO experience is preferred.
Experience with inventory management software is preferred. Experience with L2L is a plus.
Computer experience - Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment of continuous change and challenges.
Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.

• Ensures that MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system is creating demand signals to drive supplier production plans. Helps the Planner III maintain master data settings.
• Analyze new items and sunset of items for run-out of materials and ingredients
• Run and review the product availability reports and ATP (available to promise) block resolution for finished goods
• Conduct analysis to enable decision-making regarding costs to expedite, including review of loss sales

• May have participation in Program Management team calls to ensure proper order of raw materials

What You Will Do
