Where You Will Work
Our global headquarters is in Phoenix, Arizona. Several hundred employees support our operations in finance, human resources, health and safety, information technology, planning, and more. Our flexible work program allows employees to work virtually as well as come together in person when needed at our Collaboration Hub in Phoenix and/or one of our site locations. What You Will Do
* Review applications to ensure that the candidate's background, experience and/or education align with the minimum qualifications of the role. Conduct additional screening as applicable, initiate background checks, prepare pay models, generate and extend offers as an agent of the company. Monitor and track successful completion of pre-hire requirements to include Drug Tests and Pre-Employment Medical Exams.

* Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with recruitment agencies and representatives. Communicate requirements and support needs on a consistent basis to assist with qualifying appropriate candidate pool.
* Oversee and lead Company, industry and diversity Talent Acquisition events and job fairs with the goal of networking and building relationships with potential candidate communities. Communicate detailed information to candidates regarding the company, salary and benefits. Provide additional support with screening, interviewing and presenting at recruitment events.
* Oversee and lead Talent Acquisition projects and team training to meet department and Company initiatives, i.e. military, trade schools, social media and contractor training.
* Manage the offer, negotiation and closing of candidates to include partnering with the Compensation department to review salary/compensation issues, identify hiring incentives and/or to negotiate salaries.
* Consult with hiring managers, site HR and other members of the Talent Acquisition team to foster a pipeline strategy that will best identify candidates to meet job requirements and preferred qualifications.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $73,500-$101,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. **Basic Qualifications:**

Provide operational support to the Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Responsibilities:
Water Plant Operations
Operate and control treatment plant equipment to purify and clarify water for human or industrial use.
Regulate flow of raw water and dosage of treatment chemicals (e.g., chlorine, polymer, fluoride) using electric motors, valves, and automated systems (SCADA/HMI).
Monitor filtration and chemical mixing processes, adjust flow rates and pressure, and ensure proper water distribution.
Perform backwashing, equipment cleaning, and routine maintenance using hand and power tools.
Test water samples for acidity, turbidity, and chemical content using lab instruments.
Record operational data and chemical levels. May also operate portable water-purification systems and assist with wastewater treatment as needed.
Wastewater Plant Operations
Operate and monitor sewage treatment and sludge processing equipment to manage flow and treatment of wastewater.
Adjust valves, gates, and controls (manual or remote) based on readings from gauges, meters, and test results.
Start/stop pumps, engines, and generators to support various treatment stages (screening, aeration, digestion).
Maintain logs of plant operations and meter readings.
Direct plant attendants in routine tasks and perform water quality testing using lab equipment.
Perform preventative, operational, and corrective maintenance as required.
Ensure work areas are cleaned and restored after maintenance tasks are completed.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Minimum Requirements:
Possess knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the job.
Must possess current certification per WAC 173-230, Certification of Operators of Wastewater Treatment Plants, and additional licensure/certifications as required by the position, state, contract.

About the Education Law Internship
IDRA's Education Law Internship is designed for law students passionate about educational equity, civil rights and movement lawyering. Interns will gain hands-on experience working within an interdisciplinary team committed to protecting and advancing the rights of students and families in public schools across the U.S. South.
This internship is open to law students pursuing a J.D. (or equivalent) capable of performing staff-level work under minimal supervision. The internship is intended for students seeking academic course credit, and all credit arrangements must be handled directly between the student and their university. IDRA will provide supervision, engage in mentorship, and complete all required institutional documentation to support the student throughout the internship.
Intern Responsibilities
Education law clerks support the work of IDRA's legal and policy, advocacy and community engagement teams. Under the supervision of the Chief Legal Analyst, interns may:
Research and draft analyses of developments in education law
Assist with preparing amicus briefs, legal advocacy letters and other legal communications
Participate in internal and external strategy sessions for civil rights litigation
