This is one of the cleanest print facilities I’ve ever seen. It’s also temperature controlled, which is a huge plus when working and manufacturing.
Must be willing to work overtime during certain busy parts of the year.
They do lots of fun stuff for the employees to celebrate events, birthdays, baseball season, and football season activities.
The owners seem to genuinely care about me as an employee.
It would be nice to see additional investment and automation of some manual tasks.
