This role serves as the liaison between the homeowners' association (HOA) and residents, overseeing community policies, financial management, and resident relations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for daily communication with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. Provide a detailed weekly Management Report to the Board of Directors. Oversee facilities maintenance and upkeep, ensuring all common areas, amenities, and community assets are well-maintained. Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, bidding, contracting, and performance monitoring to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.
