The cubicle environment allowed you to hear all about the hectic lives of your coworkers. Made it more interesting in the otherwise mildew office.
The management were cold, uncaring, and very bad people. Jeff Payne is a horrible boss and plays/doodles on his Ipad during meetings and all the dang time. Such bad manageöent team took over this crap company.
Being lied to by my bosses about the ampunt of time they would commit to projects. Alan Greer and Jeff Payne are horrible human beings. Rusty Gibson once said Brian Coltharp didn't learn half of what he was taught. This is the bad leaders take over episode of a great 120 year old company.
They play pn their ipads in meeting. Chiming in about issues they don"t know the whole story of. Annoying. Not much to like about that.
Get rid of Jeff Payne and Brian Coltharp.
I had friends already working there. Basic name a time when you showed exceptional leadership/work ethic/etc. type questions.
Completing a project and realizing how many people that will affect or touch in some way.
Everyone here is genuine. There is no drama, your voice will be heard you just have to talk. They keep up with raises, dont give you problems with taking time off, and overtime is almost always available but never expected. Best place ive ever worked hands down.
Its a job.
Free lunches all the time
Theyre very transparent and understand the relationship between freedom and personal growth.
All of the "managers" that i have contact with are doing their best. Thats all you could really ask for.
Just be yourself. If you are genuine in your interview and dont get hired then its probably for the best. FNI is a career, not just a job, so if you "fake it" to get hired then youll just end up being unhappy
