Job Description
AECOM are seeking a qualified and experienced Transportation Asset Manager to support the development and implementation of Transportation Asset Management Plans (TAMPs) for State Departments of Transportation. This role requires a strong engineering background, deep knowledge of transportation infrastructure, and familiarity with federal asset management requirements under MAP-21 and the FAST Act.
The successful candidate will play a key role in helping DOTs manage transportation assets strategically, improve performance outcomes, and ensure long-term sustainability of infrastructure investments.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license
Certification in asset management (e.g., IAM, ISO 55000, CAMA).
Experience with GIS, data visualization, and transportation modeling software.
Familiarity with state DOT operations, funding mechanisms, and capital planning
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation asset management, with direct involvement in developing or contributing to TAMPs for state DOTs.
Strong understanding of FHWA TAMP requirements and performance-based planning.
Proficiency in asset management systems (e.g., AgileAssets, Deighton, AASHTOWare) and engineering analysis tools.

AECOM is seeking a highly talented Senior Geotechnical Dam Safety Engineer to join the East Region Dams Team. This position will support a variety Dam Safety Engineering projects across the East Region. The successful candidate will join the ENR consistently ranked #1 Dams and Reservoirs firm and have access to exciting career advancement opportunities. This position will report to one of the AECOM offices in the East Region including but not limited to Atlanta, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; Germantown, Maryland; Franklin Tennessee; or Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform the roles of a Project Manager such as maintaining client relationships, contracting, project planning and execution, financial management, technical management, change management and project team management.
Provide technical support for projects including seepage and slope stability analyses, filter and drain design, Potential Failure Mode Analyses, Semi-Quantitative Risk Assessments, site inspection, construction observation, and regulatory compliance activities associated with a variety of hydraulic structures.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with demonstrated coursework in Geotechnical Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in at least one state with the ability to successfully apply for reciprocity in additional states.
Relevant experience with dams and other hydraulic structures, including rehabilitation and/or new design and construction.
Experience in relevant geotechnical engineering software programs such as GeoStudio and gINT.
Valid U.S. Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must be able to pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records review.

Present technical findings to clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholder groups and provide training when needed.

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Project Coordinator at LJA Business Solutions, you will support the delivery of office buildouts, renovations, relocations, and portfolio projects across the company. **Job Description**
AECOM is seeking a Geologist II to be based in our Atlanta, Georgia office. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line. This position is expected to begin immediately.
The Geologist II will serve as a team member in the field and the office, assisting project and program management with implementation of soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water investigative and remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation.

+ Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering with focus on water/wastewater coursework.
+ GIS and CAD skills.

The Water Division of AECOM is actively seeking a creative, Water Design-Build Senior Project Manager. This position will be part of an exciting team employing the latest technologies to solve critical water supply, treatment, and infrastructure projects such as water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and conveyance systems throughout the United States. The Senior Project Manager will be charged with responsibility to actively direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects as well as take a leadership role in the development and capture of upcoming design build pursuits.
It is desirable that the DB Senior Project Manager is capable of performing in both conceptual and detailed engineering and construction project management capacities.As a DB Senior Project Manager the primary responsibilities will include managing the activities of a multi-discipline design through AECOM's design centers, as well as overall project management for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews, familiarity with job cost reporting, and budget control activities through the life of the project, including EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity. Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience
Those Project managers with either Design Build project management experience will be considered especially those with water/wastewater industry experience or those with experience in industrial (process) oriented construction fields.
Fiscal Experience - Proven project management skills to delivery projects at or under budget and on schedule. Working knowledge of job accounting and reporting methods such as earned value and estimates to complete.
Team Oriented - This position requires the skill set to directly oversee and manage detailed engineering and construction teams working collaboratively together to deliver the project.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
Preferred Qualifications:
20+ years' experience in delivering engineering and construction projects in the water/wastewater industry delivered using progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods

Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team
Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
Demonstration of strong commercial and construction contract experience

A DBIA certificate is preferred but not required
California P.E. license preferred
Experience in working with local and state regulatory agencies

+ Study contaminants and determine how to restore the environment.

Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Geologist II to be based in our Atlanta, Georgia office. This position will support our Remediation team within our Environment business line. This position is expected to begin immediately.
The Geologist II will serve as a team member in the field and the office, assisting project and program management with implementation of soil, groundwater, sediment and surface water investigative and remediation programs, data analysis, and report preparation.
This is a field-based role comprising approximately 75% fieldwork and 25% office-based work. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic about environmental investigation and remediation and will join a large established team conducting environmental assessment and remediation projects.
This position requires excellent written and spoken communication skills, organizational and time management skills, flexibility to work on a range of projects, and a positive attitude. The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively with members of the project team, clients, site personnel and office management, and have the ability to work both independently and as a part of a project team.
Please take note this role will require travel outside of the Atlanta Metropolitan area (from days to weeks) to support projects as needed across the region and the United States.
The job responsibilities for this position will include but are not limited to:
* Utilizing various techniques to generate data from remedial or investigative field work. Field work includes but is not limited to soil/groundwater/vapor sampling, soil boring/monitoring well installations with various drilling techniques (i.e., DPT, HSA, sonic, air rotary, mud-rotary, etc.), operations and maintenance of remedial systems, etc.
* Performing work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule under supervision.
* Developing knowledge of job-specific federal, state, and local laws and regulations and assigned job specifications.
* Detecting problems when using standardized procedures because of the condition of sample, difficulties with the equipment, etc.
* Proposing appropriate analytical methods and techniques. Assisting in providing advice and consulting services within scope of scientific knowledge.
* Interpreting and recording data, conducting analyses, comparing findings to relevant studies and local, state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
* BA/BS in Geology or related field + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Valid U.S Driver's License and as a condition of employment, must pass AECOM's Motor Vehicle Records Review
* As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a drug screening
* As a condition of employment, candidates must pass a medical screening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Masters Degree in Geology or related field
* 3+ years of experience performing and leading site investigations that included soil/groundwater/vapor sampling, soil boring/monitoring well installations with various drilling techniques (i.e., DPT, HSA, sonic, air rotary, mud-rotary, etc.), analytical data interpretation and reporting
* Experience sampling for PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) in soil and water in accordance with current USEPA sampling protocols.
* Experience with O&M and optimization of groundwater remediation systems.
* Experience working in State and Federal Programs
* Prior Federal government security clearance is a plus.
* Professional Geologist license or in process of obtaining (GIT)
* Current OSHA 40-hr Hazardous Waste Operations Training
* Current OSHA 30-Hr Construction Training
* Proficient experience with ArcGIS and/or CAD
* Familiarity with State and Federal Environmental Regulations
