Position Overview
The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Wealth Management is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, growth, and profitability of the wealth management division within the Bank. The SVP will lead a team of wealth management professionals to deliver comprehensive financial planning, investment advisory, trust services, and wealth management services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions. This position reports directly to the EVP, Community Banking Group Executive and collaborates closely with executive management to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion within the wealth management division.
* Define the division's vision, mission, and objectives in alignment with the Bank's overall strategic goals and client needs.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the wealth management team, setting clear goals and performance targets to achieve business objectives.
2. Client Relationship Management:
* Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
* Oversee and drive comprehensive financial planning and wealth management consultations to assess clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
* Review and customize wealth management strategies, investment portfolios, and asset allocation recommendations tailored to clients' unique needs and preferences.
3. Investment Advisory Services:
* Provide investment advisory services, including portfolio management, asset allocation, and investment selection, to help clients achieve their financial goals and objectives.
* Monitor market trends, economic indicators, and investment opportunities to identify strategic investment themes and asset allocation strategies.
* Conduct investment research and due diligence on investment products, asset classes, and investment managers to support portfolio construction and investment decision-making.
4. Client Acquisition and Business Development:
* Lead business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand the Bank's wealth management client base.
* Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract prospective clients, including networking, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
* Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create marketing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content to promote the Bank's wealth management capabilities.
5. Team Leadership and Development:
* Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of wealth management professionals, including financial advisors, relationship managers, trust officers, and investment analysts.

6. Strategic Partnerships:

7. Relationship Management:

8. Operations Management:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Wealth Management division, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory standards.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, finance, technology, and other departments to maintain operational excellence and mitigate risk.
9. Sales Management
* Develop and lead sales strategies that drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
* Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team, providing ongoing coaching, support, and accountability.
* Utilize data-driven insights to refine go-to-market strategies, monitor sales effectiveness, and optimize conversion rates across channels.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Regulatory recommended Security licenses, Series 7, 9,10, 65 preferred.
* Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Wealth Manager (CWM) designation preferred.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in wealth management leadership roles, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing wealth management teams.
* Strong understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, trust services, and wealth management best practices.

Position Overview
The Vendor Management Administrator (VMA) is responsible for managing the onboarding process of new vendor products/services assigned to them by the Vendor Program Manager that includes, but is not limited to: a) determining the inherent risk of a vendor product/service, b) identifying the associated controls, (c) facilitating the risk assessment of the controls, and d) applying the risk results of the controls to determine the product/service residual risk. In addition, the VMA will review existing vendor product/service risk assigned to them by the Vendor Program Manager periodically based on the degree of inherent risk.
The position will provide vendor oversight, including periodic risk reviews for evaluating vendor compliancy of products and services relative to their contractual obligation, providing advanced notice of contract expiration to the business unit, reviewing findings with business unit, obtaining risk acceptance and sign off by the appropriate levels of authority according to the degree of risk for both compliant and non-compliant vendors and business units. The VMA will understand regulatory guidelines for third party risk management and the bank's policy on third party risk management and apply them in the course of their work.
Role and Responsibilities
The VMA, in collaboration with the Vendor Program Manager, manages the day-to-day duties associated with the vendor management process. This includes but is not limited to:
* Collaborate with multiple vendors and business units to obtain due diligence documents and facilitate / coordinate the risk review process with the bank's subject matter experts.
* Identify critical issues and escalate to the Vendor Program Manager.
* Provide technical and end-user support and training for the bank's vendor management program.
* Manage the alerts and notifications sent to the Vendor Management mailbox and following up on reminders for outstanding items, tracking them to completion in the vendor management software.

* 1+ years' experience in third party risk management

This job is responsible for originating loans for clients with residential mortgage needs and is the primary lending specialist working full time within the financial center. Key responsibilities include delivering First Mortgage and HELOC lending products in person or by telephone and providing products such as Auto Loans, Credit Cards and Core Banking products. As the Assistant Manager, C&I Special Assets you will support the restructuring of distressed borrower relationships and adversely graded loans within the Bank's portfolio. This includes secured and unsecured commercial loans, land and construction loans, income property loans, and private banking lines.

* Manage a portfolio of criticized and classified loans as assigned, to minimize delinquency and charge-offs
