Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Receives, stores and issues all items purchased by and delivered to the Resort. Logs UPS, USPS, FedEx etc. packages as delivered in QTrak, our package tracking program and gets a signature when delivered. 2. Performs duties to ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and storage areas. 3. Ensures that the item being delivered is specified for the Resort. 4. Accepts and delivers items using a purchase order or receiving document indicating that the item is an authorized purchase. 5. Inspects all goods received for damage and quality prior to acceptance. 6. Provides exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times. Maintains a professional work environment with supervisors and staff. 7. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. 8. Attends all necessary training meetings. 9. Duties, responsibilities, requirements and expectations pertaining to this job are subject to change as needed. Hours are determined by 24-hour schedule. 10. Performs other duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Responsibilities for this Position * Responsible for parking and retrieving all guest cars in an efficient, safe and friendly manner. * Provides warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of Resort including use of guest name & good eye contact with each guest. * Provides assistance in and out of vehicles of all guests. * Maintains proper control of all guest's keys. * Ensures accurate documentation on all tickets to ensure accurate billing & good service to guests. * Delivers automobiles to guests ready to drive, which will require snow removal during winter season. * Follows direction and instruction offered by doorman. * Clearly explains parking fees and luggage procedures. * Provides useful information and assistance as needed. * Maintains cleanliness of the PC, and parking lot areas. * Maintains traffic control ensuring fire lanes are kept clear. * Gives directions to area sites. * Must be knowledgeable of emergency procedures. * Opens doors for clients or personnel. * Handles room deliveries. * Handles luggage for clients. * Performs special deliveries or errands. * Adheres to the policies of the company as set forth in the Employee Handbook and reports any observed violations to Human Resources. * Maintains the highest level of employee/guest relations. * Performs other related reasonable duties capable of being performed as requested by Management. Requirements * Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit. * Experience in the service industry preferably in the hospitality industry. * Service orientation, communication and analytical abilities. * Ability to transport, handle and/or lift a minimum of 50 lbs. (Note: Loading and unloading luggage out of vans, busses, etc., and delivery to and from guest rooms). * Current driver's license and clean driving record. * Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays as required. * Must possess excellent communication skills. * Must have ability to write routine correspondence and speak effectively to the public, employees and customers. * Must be able to work while standing, walking, running and shoveling for extended periods * Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees. * Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner. Technical Requirements: * Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts. * Must be able to read, write and speak English. * Requires strong organizational skills. * Must be able to work independently. * Able to be on your feet for long periods of time. * Able to lift at least 50 pounds. * Excellent people skills. * Must meet grooming standards. * We provide a substance free environment.
