This is a fully remote position however, candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of our Indianapolis office located at 8910 Purdue Rd, Suite 220, Indianapolis, IN. How You'll Shine:
Our Travel Guides will initiate outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and chat/email and SMS communication to various clients.
We assist clients in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services.
This is an hourly position, $16.50 an hour, plus the ability to earn performance-based incentives.
Additional earning opportunities include monthly contests, shift differentials, and recognition programs.

**Job Description**
The OEM Sales Manager is a key member of the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. In this role, you will develop, collaborate, and complete sales strategies across multiple channels in collaboration with our End User and Aftermarket Sales Teams. The OEM Sales Manager's primary role within Copeland Cold Chain is to deliver sales growth through leadership and the execution of a strategic sales plan. WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Hybrid Support Engineer is an official of INDYCAR whose primary responsibility is to oversee the installation, operation, and inspection of hybrid systems across all entries. This position reviews hybrid data and ensures compliance with the INDYCAR Rules and Regulations as they relate to Teams and Engine Manufacturers, maintaining reliability, fairness, and consistency in hybrid system use.
Working closely with the hybrid system supplier, the Hybrid Support Engineer supports the Managing Director of Engine Development in the technical governance and performance oversight of hybrid components.
Additionally, this role is responsible for the maintenance, calibration, and ongoing development of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) software and systems as they pertain to hybrid control, monitoring, and data acquisition.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
The collection, analysis, and dissemination of hybrid data from the Engine Manufacturers and race teams.
Provide data and statistical support for issues that might arise such as system degradation, faults, and Rules violation concerns.
Monitor hybrid performance across participants and maintain the balance of competition through the enforcement of the NTT INDYCAR SERIES rules and regulations and ECU control software maintenance and development.
Working with the hybrid contractor, prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, shipments, expenditures, and goods used or issued. Assist hybrid contractor with logistics & tracking of all Hybrid units.
Perform technical inspection of hybrid units during event days and isolated trips to the hybrid contractor.
Chair weekly hybrid meeting with manufacturers and Hybrid contractor.

The Planned Giving Investment Advisor (PGIA) will manage a book of business comprised of a broad spectrum of charitable organization clients.
