Responsibilities:
Manage survey projects from initiation through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Coordinate and oversee survey crews in the field, including topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and work plans.
Review and deliver survey data, maps, and reports to internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local survey regulations and professional standards.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams (civil, structural, environmental) to support multi-disciplinary project needs.
Maintain strong client relationships, providing technical guidance and updates throughout project lifecycle.
Mentor and provide leadership to survey staff, promoting professional development and safe work practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred or in progress.
5+ years of experience managing surveying projects.
Proficiency with survey instruments, GPS, total stations, and CAD/GIS software.
Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.

Your Capabilities and Credentials

- Knowledge of MEP systems and controls design, installation, and operation a plus.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information to a wide audience, including contractors, architects, engineers, and others with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

- Provide technical and regulatory guidance/support for development projects in the pre-project, permitting stage, and post-approval stage of site development
