Responsibilities and Duties
Provide interventional radiology coverage for daytime procedures and diagnostic reading as needed
Perform a wide range of IR procedures, including:
Ultrasound-guided liver, lymph node, neck, paracentesis, prostate, renal, thoracentesis, thyroid biopsies
CT-guided bone biopsy, drainage, lung biopsy, retroperitoneal biopsy
Bone marrow biopsy
Gastrojejunostomy tube exchanges
Gallbladder drain placement
IVC filter placement
Lumbar puncture
Nasogastric tube placement
Nephrostomy tube placement and exchanges
PICC line placement
Tunneled dialysis catheter placement
Tunneled pleurx catheter (chest and abdominal)
Cases where proficiency is preferred, but not required:
Lung and renal ablations
AAA endovascular stents
Renal vascular stents
Embolizations
IVC filter removals
Percutaneous gastrostomy tubes
Document cases and note procedural proficiencies
Collaborate with facility staff to ensure quality patient care
Additional Information
Board Certified or Board Eligible required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required

The primary purpose of a Fiber Splicer is to splice all the company fiber networks and provide maintenance and emergency support to ARMSTRONG's CATV and telephone companies regarding all fiber network related issues. A fiber splicer must be competent in climbing skills, equipment operation and have knowledge of all safety laws and rules. A valid driver's license is essential, and a commercial driver's license with certain endorsements may be required when applicable. Travel is required.RESPONSIBILITIES:
To make all splices to ARMSTRONG's fiber networks throughout all of ARMSTRONG service areas.
Must be willing and able to respond to emergencies that require fiber splicing.
Maintain accurate splice documentation.
Climbs and is capable of performing splicing duties from poles by means of climbing hooks, ladders, or bucket truck.
Installs equipment necessary to activate CATV/Telco plant.
Drill holes in poles using a brace and bit, electric drill, battery drill, or gas drill.
Mount cable arms and clamps.
String messenger strand, cable, fiber optic cable, and drop wire.
Lash cables using a lasher.
Properly sag in spans.
Remove abandoned messenger, cable, and drops.
Assist in loading trucks and cable trailers with material and equipment.
Bond strand and install proper grounds.
Set pedestals.
Operate construction trucks and cable burying equipment as required.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:

Qualifications and Education Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. 2-5 years' relevant experience in machining or estimating in a manufacturing setting. Experience/background as a machinist is beneficial.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of basic tooling and machining.
Strong analytical, math, and organizational skills.
Able to understand technical drawings and requirements: blueprints, engineering drawings, proposal documents, etc.
Ability to problem solve, adapt to changing customer requirements, and make educated decisions independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis in Excel.

Qualifications:
Minimum age of 15.
American Red Cross or YMCA Lifeguard Certification, which includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer/First Aid/AED.

Essential Functions:
Maintain constant surveillance of the pool areas.

Know, understand, and consistently apply safety rules, policies and guidelines for the pool and aquatic area.

Complete incident and accident reports as necessary.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment, coolers, storage areas and other related spaces according to Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Keep all kitchen floors, coolers, and bakery and service area floors swept and mopped.
2. Clean all equipment in kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas.
3. Support dish room through busy periods.
4. Clean all kitchen counter tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times a week.
5. Empty all trash cans.
6. Wipe down dining room tables.
7. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
8. Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups.
9. Follow cleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as you go” techniques.
10. Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
11. Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.

14. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
