The Gillam-FEI segment operates out of Belgium and France and designs, develops and manufactures products for wireline and network synchronization. The primary business of the FEI-Zyfer segment, which operates out of California, is the design and manufacture of products, which incorporate global positioning system (GPS) technologies.
