William Valle leads the globally operating Care Delivery segment, in which the company is combining its global healthcare services business effective January 1, 2022. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer for North America since February 17, 2017. Prior to that, he was Executive Vice President responsible for the dialysis service business and vascular access business of Fresenius Medical Care North America from 2014 to 2017. Bill joined Fresenius Medical Care in 2009 and has more than 30 years of experience in the dialysis industry, holding executive positions in sales, marketing and business development at several dialysis companies including Gambro Healthcare, Inc.

Franklin W. Maddux, is the Executive Vice President for Clinical and Scientific Affairs and Chief Medical Officer of Fresenius Medical Care. Frank joined us in 2009 after Fresenius Medical Care acquired a company he founded, Health IT Services Group, a leading-edge Electronic Health Record (EHR) software company. Frank has more than 25 years of health-care experience, including the practice of nephrology. He is a founder of Specialty Care, a leading provider of perfusion and surgical support services. Frank also serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine and formerly practiced nephrology at the Danville (Virginia) Urologic Clinic, serving as its president from 1995 to 2005. He has served on numerous boards and committees involved in developing technology initiatives in both the medical and regional economic development arenas. He received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt and an MD degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he completed his internship, residency, chief residency and nephrology fellowship.

As executive vice president and chief medical officer, Rob Kossmann leads clinical care throughout North America. From 2014 to 2019, he served as senior vice president and chief medical officer for Fresenius Medical Care’s Renal Therapies Group, the company’s medical equipment and renal pharmaceuticals division.

A leader in the field, he formerly served as president of the Renal Physicians Association and founding member of RPA's Nephrology Coverage Advocacy Program; nephrology adviser to the American Medical Association's Relative Value Scale Update; and nephrology representative to the American Medical Association’s Relative Value Scale Update Committee. A practicing nephrologist for two decades, Rob trained at the University of Washington and holds his doctorate of medicine from Case Western Reserve University.

Abhishek Agarwal is the Chief Security & Privacy Officer at Fresenius Medical Care NA, and responsible for assisting the Company, it's Board of Directors, Executive Management, and corporate leaders to understand and resolve the security and privacy risks associated with their business.

In his role, Abhi is responsible for managing diverse technology platforms, associated security capabilities with a focus on security risk, compliance, and portfolio management.

He is well versed with Technology Business Management (TBM) methodology and manage CAPEX and OPEX budgets for global infrastructure and supply chain that support commercial products and services.

He also leads technology integration and due diligence programs for acquisitions and divestitures.

Abhi has gained experience working at fortune 100 companies such as Baxter, Kraft Foods, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, and CapgeminiE&Y Consulting where he has worked on establishing global security and privacy program, deploying cyber security capabilities, including product security, establishing governance risk compliance models and roll out information governance and record management programs.

Abhi is well versed in prevailing regulations in Technology, Healthcare, Financial industries such as EU GDPR, US HIPAA, GLBA, China Cyber Security regulations and have work extensively in negotiating on data security and privacy matters with the US, EU and Chinese regulators.

He also serve as technology adviser to Startups and Publicly listed corporation.

He is an active member International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), a member of the Information Systems Audit and Compliance Association (ISACA), a certified Information Risk and System Control (CRISC).

He received an Electrical & Electronic Engineering and a MBA from Pittsburg State University, also attended Leadership & Strategy Executive MBA courses at University of Chicago - Booth School of Business.

Ahmad Sharif MD, MPH is a SVP & Chief Medical Information Officer at Fresenius Medical Care North America and is based in United States. He has worked as Hourly Faculty at University of North Texas; Principal Physician Consultant at ALLSCRIPTS HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS, INC.; and Chief Medical Information Officer at Resolute Health Hospital. Ahmad studied at Stanford University between 2010 and 2011, Harvard University between 2008 and 2008, and UNT Health Science Center between 2007 and 2009.

Angela McClure is the chief experience officer for Fresenius Medical Care North America. In this role, she and her team lead the strategy and programs to support the overall experience for employees, patients and their families, partners, physicians, and customers. This important work leads to stronger engagement, the delivery of superior quality within a culture of compassionate care, and higher performance. Angela previously served as senior vice president of Human Resources. Prior to joining FMCNA in 2014, she was the head of Human Resources for Physiotherapy Associates, a Select Medical Company, and prior to that served in various human resources management roles with Gentiva Health Services, now Kindred Healthcare. Angela holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas concentrating in management, human resources, and organizational behavior.

Ben Lipps is a Chairman of the Management Board & Chief Executive Officer at Fresenius Medical Care North America and is based in Greater Boston Area.

Brian Gauger is a Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice President for FMCNA, he oversees the organization’s joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and physician contracting for North America. Brian has been involved in the health care industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining FMCNA in 2003, he served as Senior Vice President of Business Development for Gambro Healthcare.

Cindy Ellis is an Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer at Fresenius Medical Care North America and is based in Franklin, Tennessee. She has worked as Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Rockledge Regional Medical Center, Independent Business Consultant at Cindy T. Ellis, and Executive Assistant to the CFO at IASIS HEALTHCARE LLC. Cindy studied at University of Central Arkansas between 1979 and 1983.
