Gregory A. Heckman has been our CEO since 2019 and also serves on Bunge's board of directors. He is Founding Partner of Flatwater Partners and has over 30 years of experience in the agriculture, energy and food processing industries. Most recently, Greg was CEO of The Gavilon Group. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer of ConAgra Foods Commercial Products and President and COO of ConAgra Trade Group. He holds a B.S. in agriculture economics and marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

James Zallie is executive vice president, global specialties and president, Americas. Previously, Mr. Zalled served as executive vice president, global specialties and president, North America and EMEA. Before joining Ingredion, he was president and chief executive officer of National Starch, which was acquired by Ingredion in 2010. During his 27 year tenure at National Starch, he held various positions of increasing responsibility, first in technical, then marketing and then international business management. He holds master’s degrees in food science and business administration from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Science degree in food science from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Zallie is a member of the board of directors for Innophos, a leading producer of specialty grade phosphate products for the food, pharmaceutical and industrial market segments.

Robert L Steer is a President/CEO at SEABOARD CORP and Board Member at Ingen Y Ref San Martin Tabacal. He has worked as VP:Finance at SEABOARD CORP, Board Member at Fjord Seafood ASA, and Senior VP/CFO/Treasurer at SEABOARD CORP.

Andrew Biles is an Executive Board Member at Chiquita and Chief Executive Officer at Chiquita Brands and is based in Geneva, Geneve, Switzerland. He has worked as COO Europe at Dole Food Company Europe, President Clark Schwebel Europe at Clark Schwebel Fiber Glass Corp, and Head of Business Development and International Sales at Springs Industries Inc. Andrew studied at University of Exeter between 1970 and 1973 and Kings College Taunton between 1965 and 1970.

Joined the Board in February 2012. Appointed as Group Finance Director in April 2012. Dominic was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer, Europe on 1 December 2015 and stepped down as Group Finance Director on the same day. On 1 October 2017, Dominic was appointed Deputy Group CEO. He assumed the role of CEO on 1 January 2018. Former non-executive director of Shire plc. Former Chief Financial Officer of Iglo Foods Group Limited, which Dominic joined from Cadbury Plc, where he was European Finance & Strategy Director, having previously held senior finance roles as Corporate Finance Director and Group Financial Controller. Prior to joining Cadbury Plc, Dominic was a director of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
