Perform as reliever or replacer for multiple line functions on an as needed basis to ensure continuous production of the lines. Has the skills and qualifications to fill in and perform the functions for any position in cases of attendance issues. Position reports to the Production Supervisor. Maintaining daily attendance records of corresponding production line employees. Minimum Skills Required: Ability to multitask. Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. The PSO will be stationed on land or on a construction vessel during daylight operations. Duties include but are not limited to identification of protected species, documenting location, documenting behavior and other essential data; implementing mitigation measures as required, documenting data on logs in an organized manner. Candidates will be selected based on their past experience identifying protected species. Operations will be conducted during daylight hours only and PSO will have an average of 10-12 hours of work per day. This position is expected to start December 15, 2025 and continue through February 2026 with operations requiring PSO taking place 6 days per week Duties/Responsibilities: * Identify marine animals using the naked eye and visual technology. * Ability to vigilantly monitor for visual detections of marine mammals around observation location for up to 10 hours in a 24-hour period. * Documenting behavior and other essential data * Documenting data on logs in an organized manner * Operate and maintain field equipment including Garmin GPS, binoculars with reticles, range finder, and high-resolution digital camera with video capabilities. * Conduct personal QA/QC checks on data collected. * Attend daily toolbox, HSE and project related meetings as needed. Their duties include handling stocks .and all paperwork, maintain the receiving area clean and organized, implementing record-keeping procedures, and other duties assigned by Management Accountabilities: * The Lead directly supervises all activities for incoming products and materials. * Works as an assist to on Duty' Supervisor alongside receiving personnel. * Ensures all incoming material is accurately for and entered correctly into the system * Ensures incoming product inspected and notes any shipping damage. * Responsible for all Docs pertaining to product received (Attaching Receiving Logs, filing of Docs, Scheduling Receiving. * Works alongside Supervisor on duty to assign, direct, review and monitor work of supervisors to maximize productivity warehouse. * Ensures proper procedures are being followed for efficient warehouse and receiving activities * Recommends improvements to reduce cost and drive productivity within the department. * Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems. * Assists with daily and EOM * Performs other duties as assigned.
