Pros? Haha, none, to be honest. They are the worst. Don't come here. Go anywhere but not here.
My decision to join this company has left me deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, the experience has been less than positive. The unrealistic expectations set by their principles appear better suited for robots than humans. Additionally, the management's lack of understanding, coupled with a reluctance to provide opportunities for adaptation, often results in requests for resignations in the face of challenges. The expectation for employees to work after hours and the monitoring of response times seem unreasonable; hiring individuals within the appropriate time zone would be more sensible. Lastly, the failure to compensate individuals who have left the company for their work is unacceptable. Moreover, the company's emphasis on rejecting people from specific institutions seems more about ego satisfaction than professional merit.
