Job Description The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy & BizOps is a critical member of Freshworks' global Strategy team, driving high-priority initiatives that shape the company's future. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Corporate Strategy, you'll join an established and growing team that serves as a central talent hub, partnering closely with leaders who bring top-tier consulting experience. This role combines the strategic rigor of consulting with limited travel, offering the opportunity to operate inside a fast-moving SaaS company with high visibility to senior executives. You'll blend strategic problem-solving with hands-on execution, building business cases, conducting market and competitive analyses, and supporting cross-functional programs across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and BizOps. Key Responsibilities: Support strategic projects that address key company priorities, providing analysis, insights, and clear recommendations. Work closely with Strategy leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to frame problems, gather data, and develop fact-based solutions. Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis-including business cases, scenario models, and investment evaluations. Assist in the creation of board-level, investor-facing, and internal strategy materials. Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring workstreams are scoped, milestones defined, and progress tracked. Collaborate with partners across geographies and functions to ensure alignment and project momentum. Contribute to operational deep-dives, opportunity sizing, and strategic planning cycles. Bring structure, analytical rigor, and strong communication to complex business problems. Please note this is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our San Mateo, CA headquarters. We now have 67 self-service and 49 Associate Workflows in 21 marketplaces, translated into 34 languages, covering 55% of Seller issues, used 138MM times in 2024. In 2024, our team eliminated 10MM Seller contacts by automating resolution to their problems without requiring an Associate. We also eliminated nearly 1500 defects in our production experiences, reducing handle time and case re-open rates. Over the next three years, we are reinventing what types of solutions that we develop, aligning with upstream experience teams on those experiences we believe they should take over from our team and deprecating the experiences we have built, and creating a GenAI-based set of solution building tools. In this role you will be driving the development schedule from design to release, making appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-market, and clearly communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional teams. You will interact with a broad cross section of the Amazon organization as you clarify ambiguous issues and negotiate effective technical solutions between development and business teams. Overview We are looking for a highly analytical Lead, Business Analytics to focus on data-driven insights for the go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analytics and performance measurement, alongside expertise in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance. A strong background in B2B SaaS metrics, statistical modeling, and data visualization is essential for success in this role. Job Description Provide actionable insights to senior leadership by analyzing key GTM metrics, identifying market trends, customer behavior, and opportunities to refine go-to-market strategies. Manage data pipelines and collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and integration across platforms. Design, implement, and manage structured processes within the GTM Ops team to maintain high levels of data quality and accuracy. Effectively manage stakeholder communication on the insights & metrics developed. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to translate data insights into actionable events and ensure cohesive execution across channels. Continue to push stakeholders to think big in developing or re-design current BI applications that can create transformational business impact. Understand Business Storylines as tied to Goals, OKRs and business outcomes. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in sales / marketing analytics or a related field Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field Expertise in developing metrics, performance measurement, data modeling, and reporting Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, or other BI platforms Good understanding of marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders Additional Information The annual base salary range for this position is $127,400 - $183,080. This role is also eligible for a target bonus. Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
