Job Description The Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, is a key contributor within Freshworks' global Strategy team, driving high-priority strategic initiatives that shape the company's growth, investment decisions, and execution focus. As a direct report to CFO, you'll have a seat at the table and the opportunity to shape OPSWAT's next phase of growth, including preparation for future IPO readiness. Lead, coach, and grow a team of FP&A managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to ensure consistency between financial, operational, and KPI reporting. What We Need from You 10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance leadership roles, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity environments. Experience with IPO readiness and preparing beat and raise financial models. Proven experience building and leading FP&A functions in high‑growth, global organizations. Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior leadership and board members.
